Official customer satisfaction with Pegasus's safe and affordable flights
Pegasus has taken second place in the second quarter results of the 2009 Turkish Customer Satisfaction Index (TMME) for the airlines sector. The TMME was founded by a joint initiative between the Turkish Quality Foundation (KalDer) and the international research organisation Ka Research.
Every year the TMME researches approximately 30 sectors and 120 brands within Turkey with the aim of evaluating the quality of goods and to understand customer satisfaction in order to put these findings to further use. This year the sectors assessed included bottled water, fruit juices, petrol stations and the airlines sector.
The results of the research, announced by KalDer Chairman Dr Ali Riza Kaylan, showed that Pegasus took second place, far ahead of its rivals.
