Flight Information

Use capitol letters when searching for your PNR number. Your PNR number, surname and name must be written as they appear on the reservation.

If there is more than one flight on a PNR, you should click on the round tab located to the left of the flight you wish to check-in to. When the words “Internet check-in” appear next to the seat number this indicates that the passenger has completed check-in procedure for that flight. When a passenger checks in at the counter then “Check-in at counter” appears next to the seat number.

No. The empty space to the left of the seat number indicates that the seat has been purchased but that check-in is not complete.

The system informs passenger of the seats that are likely to be allocated. The Automatic Check-In button allocates these seats to the passenger.

Seats allocated by the Automatic Check-in option begin in front of the exit rows and proceed to the front of the aircraft.

Once the front rows are full, the allocation continues to the rear of the aircraft starting from behind the exit rows.

Under no circumstances are exit seats or front row seats allocated to passengers.

These seats can only be selected in exchange for a fee.

Passengers who wish to purchase a seat can do so by clicking on the Seat Allocation button. Once the passenger has chosen a seat they are directed to the Purchase screen. Once the passenger's credit card details have been entered the purchasing procedure is complete. The passenger cannot change their seat after this point.

If there is more than one passenger on a PNR number, only one of the passengers may purchase a seat for himself or other passengers that they have selected and carry out the check-in procedure.

If there is more than one passenger on the same PNR number, the passenger can check-in only for him/herself or other selected passengers without purchasing a seat.

Passengers who have reserved seats but have not yet paid for them are not permitted to continue with the check-in process. Passengers will be issued with a warning that the payment needs to be made and will be directed to the Purchasing page. Once the purchase is complete they can continue by clicking on the Check-In button.

In the event that a connecting flight is also covered by the PNR, the passenger can check in and print out the boarding cards for both flights. Passengers may print out their boarding cards onto A4-sized paper. Passengers need to use Adobe Reader in order to save their boarding details and the file needs to be saved as a PDF file. If their computer does not have this software installed, passengers should follow the instructions on the final page of the Internet check-in procedure to download the necessary program.

If you leave the system without printing your boarding card you can simply enter your PNR, name and surname again and print your boarding card by clicking on the button located next to your seat number.
