The with-ticket insurance is issued specific to the Pegasus Airlines passengers who prefer to fly with Pegasus Airlines and purchase the special Travel Guard travel insurance. The travel insurance with ticket is valid for 48 hours for single tickets, but for 90 days in case of return flight tickets. The travel insurance expires, when you return to the city where you live. The most important point, to which you must pay attention, is that the travel insurance with the ticket is only valid when one travels with Pegasus Airlines.

Since the travel insurance cannot be cancelled, it is not possible to return the premium.

Your travel insurance is an integral part of your ticket and it will be valid under below circumstances:
If your trip duration is up to 30 days and you change your trip dates again for a duration of 30 days,
If your trip duration is up to 45 days and you change your trip dates again for a duration of 45 days,
If your trip duration is up to 60 days and you change your trip dates again for a duration of 60 days,
If your trip duration is up to 90 days and you change your trip dates again for a duration of 90 days.

The minimum age for purchase of travel insurance is 2 months. There is no max age limit In the travel insurance with the ticket; however certain excesses apply for passengers over 64 years of age. In the optional travel insurance, Schengen Visa Health Insurance is limited with 80 years-old, Travel Guard Annual Travel Insurance for 65 year-olds and other insurance options for 75 year-olds.

The travel insurance is valid between the policy commencement and expiry dates determined by the insurer.

It is valid within the territory of Turkey and covers you during your travels within the territory of Turkey.

For Travel Guard – Designed for Pegasus Airlines customers, the coverage is valid for all the destinations that are serviced by Pegasus Airlines. For all other products note the coverage below:

• Schengen Products – Coverage is valid in Schengen countries only.
• Worldwide Products – Coverage is valid in all countries worldwide except Cuba, Afghanistan and Democratic Republic of Congo
• Domestic Products – Coverage is valid only within Turkey

In order to obtain the emergency medical transport indemnification, firstly the verification must be obtained from Travel Guard Assist Individual Accident Department at +44 014 1303 4400 or this contact should be established through CHARTIS Turkey.

Treatment needed for apparently healthy teeth, that is required during the trip and is covered by the policy and is proven by a doctor's report, is covered where fillings, surgical intervention or drugs are prescribed up to a maximum value of $100 per tooth.

Where the insured party suffers an illness which is diagnosed for the first time and suffers bodily injury or the symptoms thereof as a result of an accident during travel, the necessary service and drug costs for their treatments will be paid up to the limits indicated in the insurance policy under the General and Special Conditions of the insurance policy.
