FLY & WATCH is an on-board entertainment platform. You can access it using the in-flight wifi with your own devices (mobile, tablet, laptop).

The service is provided by a hardware and wifi access points in the aircraft. Making it possible to access a wide selection of contents in an offline environment, offering the best experience to each user.

To access the platform you must perform three simple steps:

1- Activate the airplane mode of your device

2- Activate the WI-FI and connect to the platform's network

3- Access the platform and complete the registration

- In case of using a mobile device or tablet, check it has a 4.4 version or superior for Andoid or 9.0 or superior for IOS. - Make sure you are accessing to the platform using one of the following browsers: Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox. Otherwise, we are not enable to guarantee an optimal user experience. - In case of using an IOS device to access the platform, use Safari browser. - If you follow the previous steps and you still having any issue, try to log out and log in again

If your device is using version 10.1.1 or 10.1.2 it will not be able to play the movies. However, you can enjoy all the other entertainment modules (TV shows, press and magazines, kids channel, music and much more). To avoid this on your next flight, we recommend that you update the software version of your device when you arrive at your destination.
