Please read the following carefully to help facilitate your claim.

For all overseas medical related Claims please contact AIG Travel : + 44 12 7340 0610 Or email: for assistance & claims management before you incur any expenses.

For other claims under the policy please inform us about the event which causes the claim for indemnification by calling +90 212 310 4999, after the event occurs.

Please request your file reference number from the AIG Sigorta A.Ş. representative that you speak to. The file reference number will be requested in all communications and interviews and for any updates that you may need regarding your claim.

In order to obtain the emergency medical evacuation, firstly the verification must be obtained from AIG Travel, Individual Accident Department based in UK Ph: (44) 014 1303 4400 or this contact should be established through AIG Sigorta A.Ş.

Please mention your national ID number in the relevant section of the claims receipt that will be sent you, while your claim is paid.

For the purpose of payment of your claim settlement, please indicate your bank name, account number and bank branch code on the relevant sections of the claim form and sign it.

In case where the claim would be paid to the person other than the insurer, a power of attorney, which explains that he/ she is authorized to collect the payment. This authorization should be certified from the public notary. If this authorization/ power of attorney is not provided the claims payment will not be possible.

In case where the claim will be paid to a company, the claim receipt and authorization should be signed by the persons who are authorized to act and represent the company, under the company’s seal and the company stamp must be used.

Your claims will be paid to you under the General and Special Conditions of your policy as soon as possible, after all your documents are attached to the file.
