A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address you indicated at the reservation stage confirming the purchase of your ticket. Check to see if you have received a confirmation e-mail. If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail, contact our call centre on 0888 228 12 12 or write to us using the live help feature found in the "Contact Us" section on our website to find out whether or not your ticket purchase was completed.
If you wish, you can view your tickets by entering your reservation number (PNR) and surname in the Manage My Booking area of the flypgs.com homepage and print out a copy.
If you have made a note of your PNR (reservation number), you can go to the Manage my Bookings page and carry out a search by entering it with your surname, or you can contact our Call Centre for more details.
If your message is related to one of our flights, please provide your flight details on the form so we can deal with your request more quickly. Please do not include confidential information such as your credit card number or PIN code in the message.
