You can add a wheelchair request to your ticket by calling our Call Centre on 0 888 228 12 12 up to 48 hours before your flight. For more detailed information, we recommend our passengers to visit the General Rules page and check under the heading 'Passengers Requiring Assistance'.
Service providers at each airport are responsible for the provision of assistance and equipment to help passengers with reduced mobility that need special assistance (such as a wheelchair) for the journey between the aircraft and the airport concourse. You must notify us of your assistance request at least 48 hours before the flight departure so that we can pass on your request to the airport service provider and ensure that you receive the most appropriate help possible.
