You can place a food order up to 24 hours before your flight. If there are fewer than 24 hours left before your flight, meal orders cannot be made as there is not sufficient time to load them onto the aircraft.
Food services on all Pegasus Airlines scheduled flights must be paid for. Food orders can be made up to 24 hours before a flight. New food orders cannot be made less than 24 hours before a flight. It is not possible to make changes to food orders placed before a flight. Meal order payments made via our website, call centre or agents will be refunded if the flight ticket is cancelled and refundedmore than 24 hours before the flight. Refunds are not made if there are fewer than 24 hours before the flight
The meal you have purchased for your flight will be automatically refunded in full with your first flight ticket if you cancelled your flight with more than 24 hours remaining before takeoff. In case a flight is changed, your meal will be transferred if there are more than 24 hours before takeoff. If you request a cancellation and refund on your flight, less than 24 hours before it is due to depart, your food order payment cannot be refunded.
Meal orders can be made when you buy your ticket, up to 24 hours before the flight. If you have already bought your ticket, you can order on our website by going to the home page of flypgs.com and entering your reservation number (PNR) and surname in the 'Manage My Booking' section.
