You can check how many BolPoints you have in your BolBol account by signing into the Pegasus BolBol membership page on flypgs.com or on the Pegasus mobile app. Alternatively, you can find out by phoning our Call Centre and entering your membership number and passcode.

For cancellation of tickets purchased after 17.08.2020 and paid for with BolPoints, a charge of 70 TL for Domestic and Cyprus flights, and 55 USD for International Flights will be applied. This charge will be deducted from the refund amount, if any, and the portion of the fare paid for with BolPoints will be refunded in full. If the amount of money to be refunded does not meet this charge, the remaining amount will be charged for and the BolPoints will be refunded in full. If the refund is for a ticket purchased with BolPoints, the refund will incur a charge of 70 TL for domestic flights and 55 USD for international flights, as stated above. If the net amount refunded to the member during the refund process is lower than the tax amount on the ticket, no charges will be made for the cancellation, but only a refund for the taxes will be issued.

You can use BolPoints when purchasing tickets from Pegasus via flypgs.com or the app, when choosing a seat, paying for excess baggage, adding Pegasus Flex (unlimited ticket changes) to a ticket, and ordering meals in advance. To purchase tickets using BolPoints, you must have at least 2000 BolPoints in your account. To use BolPoints for additional services, you must have at least 500 BolPoints.
