On-line Ticket

On Time Performance is a ticketing system that eliminates the need for hard-copy paper tickets¬ - all flight information is stored electronically in our system. However, you are provided with a travel document containing your travel details. Reservation and payment have been processed as in paper ticket and whether you have any travel documents, you can check-in just with your ID, passport, driving licence etc. from the counter. A passport is compulsory for international flights. Flights to Nicosia, Cyprus, are considered as international flights.

The travel document given to you during the sales process is a confirmation of the reservation and the flight, so there is no need for a ticket.

There is no risk of the electronic ticket being stolen, forgotten or lost. It also ensures that all procedures, from reservations to boarding, are performed more efficiently, quickly and trouble-free.

No. The issuance of an electronic ticket is part of a system that includes all your information in the Pegasus database. You can proceed directly to the check-in counter if your electronic ticket information is in our system. Paper tickets are purchased from sales offices or travel agencies.

You can buy your ticket for all domestic and international flights from the Pegasus website (www.flypgs.com), at a Pegasus sales office, from the Pegasus Call Centre by calling 444 0 737 or from an authorized agent.

During the reservation process, if you enter your mobile phone number and e-mail address into your contact information, you will receive confirmation via SMS or e-mail with your flight details once your reservation is completed.

The waiting list is determined automatically depending on the date the passenger was listed, the ticket type and other criteria. Passengers on the waiting list who have not confirmed their reservation are asked to proceed to the check-in counter at the airport to be registered as a stand-by. The stand-by waiting list is determined automatically depending on the time the passenger arrived at the check-in counter and type of ticket.

Fare Classes refers to capacity groups that contain different fares. These fares are determined by a number of criteria including the date of the flight and when the ticket was purchased.

Our on-line reservation system is open until the scheduled departure time of your flight. Please bear in mind that check-in must be completed for domestic and international flights 30 minutes prior to departure.

You may book a return ticket by clicking on the “Round Trip” option in the On-line Ticketing section.

You can purchase your ticket by creating separate flight bookings for each leg of your journey.

Your on-line reservation can include a minimum of one and a maximum of six legs.

Each reservation made through our website can be for a total of up to five people (adults and children).

It is not possible to be recorded in the waiting list via our website. Provisional reservations can be made at a Pegasus sales office or by calling the Pegasus Call Center.

Reservations that have been paid for are considered to be confirmed.

Any extra costs incurred by this reservation change will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, your account will be credited should the cost of your ticket be less.

In order to purchase your reserved ticket you must enter your credit card details into our system and click the Buy Now button. Your credit card will then be charged with the cost of the ticket.

The reasons why your credit card may be rejected include insufficient funds, the wrong card number or the wrong expiry date. In the event your card is denied, please recheck your credit card details or contact your bank.

Different regulations apply when changing or canceling a reservation depending on the ticket fare and class.

We accept on-line payments using Master and Visa cards. HSBC Pegasus Card has given the installment opportunity.. If you have a German bank account, you can also pay using EDD (Electronic Direct Debit) and Giropay (On-line-Überweisung). Both payment methods can be used if there is more than seven days until the flight. In the event that payment is made by someone other than the passenger, then the document will be given to the person who paid.

You may obtain it from our website as long as you buy it online. You can consult the relevant office for the tickets bought via other sales channels or take your electronic ticket from a Pegasus ticket sales office at the airport before you take your flight.

The right to use tickets and change reservations or routes belongs only to the person whose name and surname are printed on the ticket and this right cannot be waived.

Domestic flight reservations must be used within 12 months of the date on the ticket, and can be refunded within 14 months from the date of the first flight on the ticket.

You can only be refunded by the agency from where you bought your ticket.

All information pertaining to all tickets purchased from the website is stored electronically. The travel document issued to you contains information regarding your right to travel and the rules of payment.

You can reserve a flight or purchase a ticket from other cities, even if the place of boarding is elsewhere. You must give your daughter the reservation number obtained from the agency, Pegasus ticket line or office in order for her to fly.

Children under 18 years of age travelling unaccompanied to Cyprus with their Turkish national ID card must have written parental consent. Passengers under 18 years of age travelling with their mother must have written consent from their father, and those travelling with their father must have written consent from their mother.
