If you wish to become a Pegasus Plus member you may apply to do so by completing the online form on the Pegasus website, on the mobile internet website or on mobile applications, by sending an SMS from your mobile telephone, by completing an online membership form during membership campaigns carried out by direct marketing, or by accepting these General Terms and Conditions at agencies and sales offices. Only citizens of the Turkish Republic with a mobile telephone registered in Turkey may apply by text message.

In SMS applications applicants must send their FULL NAME and TURKISH REPUBLIC ID Number To 7737, leaving a space between each word. For SMS applications to be considered, the mandatory information must be shared by the member within 1 month with Pegasus via the Pegasus website or the call centre. Applicants may earn points from flights they have taken within the period during which they have not completed the mandatory details, but they may not redeem them. In order to be able to redeem points, membership application must have been completed.
Once the application form has been completed, the applicant shall be assumed to have read and accepted the Pegasus Plus General Terms and Conditions, without the need for the applicant’s original signature,
In the event that the same person makes more than one membership application in his/her own name, the said person may apply to combine his/her membership. The applicant’s telephone number is his/her membership number. One mobile telephone number can only be one membership number.
Pegasus may, without authorisation from the member, combine the membership accounts of Pegasus Kart, Cepfly, Pegasus Plus and similar membership accounts when it has established that they all belong to the same person.
When affiliate members under the age of 18, turn 18, the system automatically converts them into fully fledged members and opens a membership account for them. For these members to be able to redeem their points they must complete their membership details.
Pegasus has exclusive authority to control the Pegasus Plus Accounts, to calculate any registered Flight Points, to prepare reward details and to award rewards. In the event of any disputes the Pegasus records shall apply.
Calculation of Flight Points
a) Earning Points
The number of points added to a member’s points account is determined by the programme conditions at the time when the points were earned. Pegasus has full power of disposition over these conditions and the conditions for earning and redeeming points may be unilaterally changed by Pegasus at any time.
When calculating Flight Points, Flight Points earned from Pegasus scheduled domestic or international flights shall apply. 2% of the cost of Pegasus flight tickets, including all taxes, charges, etc. paid by the member to Pegasus, shall be awarded in the form of Flight Points. 1 flight point is worth 1 TL.
Services for which points can be earned, excluding plane tickets, are as follows:
• Payment for excess baggage
• Payment for extending your booking (the don’t miss this price option)
• Pre-ordered meals
• Transportation of sports equipment
• Transportation of pets
When members use services “excluding flight tickets,” providing that the flight has taken place and the passenger was physically present on the flight, they will earn 2% of the price paid for the said service or services in flight points.
Conditions for earning points are stated below:
• Flight Points may be earned for Pegasus scheduled domestic or international flights. Flight Points may not be earned for flights with a Pegasus flight number but which are with a different airline.
• In order to be eligible for earning Flight Points the member must have been physically present on his/her flight.
• Once check-in has been carried out, the only way in which points cannot be earned is that if the flight does not take place.
• Points cannot be earned if the member returns his/her ticket.
• If the member changes his/her ticket, Flight Points may only be calculated according to the price of the new ticket.
• Any Flight Points earned shall be added to the flight account, maximum of 72 hours after the flight has taken place.
• Pegasus Plus members can earn backdated points up to 180 days before their membership is activated, by providing the booking code (PNR) of flights that have already taken place and their membership details. Backdated point transactions can be carried out by dialling the Pegasus call centre or clicking on Pegasus Plus membership on the Pegasus website.
When a person under the age of 18 is an affiliate member of an actual member, any points s/he earns are awarded to the actual member, who may redeem them.
Within the scope of any agreements that Pegasus may make with various organisations, when members benefit from purchases made by those organisations or from their services, they may earn points, on condition that they remain subject to the terms of the Pegasus Plus programme. In the same way as Pegasus accepts no liability for these programmes’ failing to honour their programme commitments and acting in breach of their agreements, Pegasus does not accept liability towards members for any damages that may arise as a consequence.
Pegasus Plus Card and other loyalty programmes, in addition to Pegasus Plus, shall continue to award points in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the relevant programmes. In the event that Pegasus, either of its own accord, or at the member’s request, combines a member’s multiple memberships, all points will accumulate in the same pool.
Any flight points earned shall accumulate in TL. For purchases made with different currencies, points shall be calculated on the basis of the exchange rates on the day that additional services, excluding tickets or flight tickets, were purchased. Currency conversion is carried out according to Pegasus General Rules.
Pegasus has full power of disposition over the conditions of calculating flight points and may, at any time, without notification, unilaterally change the conditions for earning and redeeming points.
b) Redeeming Points
Points may only be redeemed on the purchase of tickets and services made on the Pegasus website and through Pegasus call centre. In the event that a member has made a booking for a flight or service without clearly stating its characteristics, Pegasus may deny the right to redeem the points.
Points are redeemed in the order in which they are earned. The points that have been earned first are redeemed first. To redeem points, flight points to the value of a minimum of 5 currency units must be used as the equivalent of currency spent in a single transaction. For example, a minimum of flight points worth 5 TL in a purchase made in TL, or of 5 Euro in a purchase made in Euro, is required in order to redeem points.
There is no quota limit for the points a member has earned. Provided there are seats available on the plane, members are entitled to redeem their points in order to purchase plane tickets to Pegasus destinations and additional services on the flight.
Points may be redeemed for the following “services in addition to flights”:
• Excess baggage payment
• Payment for extending your booking (the don’t miss this price option)
• Pre-ordered meals
• Transportation of sports equipment
• Transportation of pets
Excepting purchases made in TL, the value of accumulated points is calculated on the basis of the exchange rate on the day on which the ticket or additional service was purchased. For currency conversion Pegasus General Terms apply.
Pegasus has full power of disposition over the conditions for calculating flight points and the conditions for earning and redeeming points may be unilaterally changed by Pegasus at any time.
Furthermore, Pegasus reserves the right to exclude certain prices, payment and/or passenger categories from the programme either partially or totally, provided they have notified members previously.
Addition of Flight Points to the Membership Account
Every member has a personal Pegasus Plus membership account where any Flight Points s/he has earned are added. Flight Points may not be transferred to third parties or to other members. They may not be combined with the Flight Points of other Pegasus Plus members in order to benefit from a single advantage.
Flight Points may only be redeemed as stated here; they may not be converted into cash, nor be exchanged for cash equivalents. Pegasus reserves all rights in determining the conditions of use for Flight Points.
Within the scope of the Pegasus Plus programme, points for activities that are carried out with companies which Pegasus has agreements with are added to the member’s account from the date of the agreement, but Flight Points may not be earned for transactions carried out prior to the date of the members’ agreement. Publicity campaigns are advertised on the Pegasus website. Members are responsible for following these advertising campaigns.
Pegasus Plus members may check their points balance by entering the Pegasus Plus membership section of the Pegasus website, or by dialling the Pegasus Call Centre.
Validity Period of Flight Points
Flight Points may be earned throughout the year. Flight Points expire 2 calendar years after they have were earned (i.e. following the flight for which they were acquired). For example, points earned in January 2013 expire at the end of 2015. Pegasus Plus members may check their points’ validity period by entering the Pegasus Plus membership section of the Pegasus website, or by dialling the Pegasus Call Centre.
Pegasus cannot guarantee that a member shall be able to travel on the date and route of his/her choice in any given period. Flights which are purchased with Flight Points that are near their expiry date must be confirmed before the Points have expired; it is not enough to simply reserve the flight. Flight Points that have expired, cease to be valid and the member is not entitled to any rights or compensation from Pegasus with regard to the said Points.
Evaluation of Complaints and Modification of Records
In the event that, for any reason, Flight Points earned for flights or any other service are not automatically added to the member’s membership account, the member is entitled to demand that the amount corresponding to the flight and service in question be added to his/her account within the 6 months subsequent to the flight, provided that s/he is able to provide proof of the purchase (in the form of a flight ticket and boarding pass).
The validity of requests for back payments concerning earning of Flight Points that are not made within 6 months of the flight, service or similar activity for which Flight Points were earned, expires and the member relinquishes all rights to demand unallocated Flight Points.
Pegasus is the sole authority with regard to any appeals over the member’s Flight Point balance and the evaluation of any appeals concerning programme participation and whether or not points have been earned, and reserves the right to carry out any necessary modifications in the event that it transpires
that Flight Points have been mistakenly transferred to a member’s account.
Personal Security Password
Each Pegasus Plus member shall have a membership number and password to use when carrying out transactions. The Pegasus Plus membership number is the member’s mobile telephone number. A transaction carried out with the correct password and membership number is considered to have been carried out by the member. For this reason, in order to protect the security of their account and prevent it being used for dishonest ends, members must not disclose their passwords to third parties. The membership password shall only be used by Pegasus at the request of the member and may only be disclosed to the member. Pegasus may not be held in any way liable for use by any persons other than the member. The member is liable to inform Pegasus at the earliest opportunity of any inappropriate use of his/her membership number and password, or of any suspicion that it has become known to an unauthorised person.
a) Applying Legislation
Local laws in certain countries may impose limits on the General Terms and Conditions of the Pegasus Plus Programme. Pegasus is entitled to take the necessary measures in order to comply with these limitations. Regardless of the form these limitations may take, members are not entitled to claim any rights, compensation or make any similar demands from Pegasus.
b) Inappropriate Use
Pegasus reserves the right to exercise every legal right against any person or persons who violate the Pegasus Plus Membership General Terms and Conditions, who use their rewards or flight points inappropriately, or who seek to attain advantages by providing incorrect information.
In this event the persons concerned may be stripped of their Pegasus Plus membership and any Flight Points and/or rewards they may have accumulated until that date maybe considered invalid.
Any rewards that are unlawful or that have been attained by means other than those stated in the General terms and Conditions cannot be accepted.
c) Limitation of Liability
Provided that it gives reasonable advance notification, Pegasus reserves the right to partially or completely change the Pegasus Plus Programme and /or its collaboration with companies within the scope of the programme at all times, without having any kind of liability.
Pegasus does not guarantee that the advantages it offers within the framework of the Pegasus Plus Programme shall be valid permanently, or that the amount stated in this text shall always be worth the same number of Flight Points, or that the member shall necessarily be able to use the advantages on the flight of his/her choice.
All power of disposition over the Pegasus Plus programme belongs exclusively to Pegasus. In the event that Pegasus does not use any one of the rights to which it is entitled within the framework of this programme, or does not ask the member to comply with any one of the conditions of the Programme, or if it confers periodic additional advantages on the member by delaying exercising its Programme rights, or by carrying out practices which go against the principles of the Programme, this shall not in any way signify that Pegasus is renouncing its power of disposition, or that the member has been released from complying with any of the conditions, either partially or completely, or that the member is being given any additional rights, and this shall not be assumed to set a precedent.
The provisions concerning limited liability stated in Pegasus’ General Conditions for Carriage of Passengers and Baggage, are also valid for Pegasus Plus Programme members. Members using Flight Points are liable for complying with all their responsibilities within the framework of the Pegasus General Conditions for Carriage of Passengers and Baggage.
In the event that Pegasus violates any conditions of the Pegasus Plus programme, its liability is limited to material damage for violations which have been proven and finalised by a court verdict, Pegasus does not accept any liability for indirect loss or moral damage.
d) Conditions of Communication
Pegasus may publicise all notifications, promotions, advertisements and announcements concerning membership by using the contact details provided by the member. Furthermore, the member consents to allow any subsidiaries that are part of Pegasus and the Pegasus Plus Programme, to use the contact details s/he has provided in order to contact him/her and supply notification of promotions, to introduce new destinations and similar information. The information contained in the Pegasus Privacy Conditions pertaining to the sending of commercial electronic messages is also valid for the Pegasus Plus Programme, and comprises an inseparable part of the Pegasus Plus Programme’s General Terms and Conditions.
e) The Right to Transfer the Programme
Pegasus reserves the right to sell, allow the use of, or hand over by other means, the operation of the Pegasus Plus Programme to its affiliates, its subsidiaries and other group companies or third parties and within this scope, to transfer the agreements made with the Programme Members. In the event of such an occurrence, Members shall be given reasonable prior notification.
f) Taxes and Charges
Pegasus is not liable for the taxes, charges and similar extra costs to which the reward vouchers earned by its members are subject to. The member who has earned the right to the reward voucher is liable for these payments.
Termination of Programme Membership
If any of the following conditions should arise, Pegasus has the right to immediately cancel its agreement with the member, whilst reserving all rights to sue and demand compensation, without the need for any notice of termination. In this event it shall not be liable to the member for Flight Points or any other responsibilities.
• Violation by the Member of the Pegasus Plus General Terms and Conditions
• Violation by the Member of the Pegasus Terms and Conditions for Carriage of Passengers and Baggage,
• The Member giving Pegasus any kind of false information,
• When it has been determined that the Member has benefitted illegally and in breach of the Pegasus Plus General Terms and Conditions from the Pegasus Plus Programme,
• The existence of situations in which the member abuses Pegasus employees or other passengers either verbally or physically, molests or harasses them, acts in breach of the staff’s instructions, damages the property of the aeroplane or of other passengers, or of the crew.
Except for the cases listed above, in the event of suspension or invalidation of the Pegasus Plus Programme, Programme membership shall also be automatically terminated.
Without the need to provide any reason, Members may terminate their membership at any time, while Pegasus may do so by giving the member in question 7 days’ notice. Regardless of the reason for termination of the membership, Members are not entitled, except in the cases listed in the article “Validity of Flight Points in the Event of Termination of Membership,” to demand any rights or make any claims from Pegasus.
Validity of Flight Points in the Event of Termination of Membership
In the event that Pegasus Plus membership is terminated, either by the member, or by Pegasus, subsequent to prior notification, on condition that the regulations limiting the validity of Flight Points are reserved, the points shall remain valid for 6 months from the date on which the membership comes to an end, and the member may use the Flight Points in his/her account in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of the Pegasus Plus Programme. The Member is not entitled to claim any rights in relation to any Points which have not been redeemed 6 months after the termination date of membership.
In the event that Pegasus terminates the member’s membership for justified reasons, or that the Pegasus Plus Programme is suspended, the right to redeem any Flight Points the member has earned ends automatically on the day on which membership is terminated, or on which the Pegasus Plus Programme ends.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All disputes that may arise in relation with the Pegasus Conditions of Privacy are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and shall be settled by the courts of Istanbul and bailiff’s offices, which are authorised to deal with the said disputes.
