Golf
- The weight should not exceed 20 KG.
- A golf set includes a golf club, golf balls, a pair of golf shoes, a ball teeing device, and a golf bag. To qualify as a golf set, at least two of these items must be included. The golf bag must not contain any personal belongings.
- Special equipment can be transported in the aircraft hold within certain limits. If these limits are exceeded, the equipment will not be accepted. We recommend contacting our call center before your flight to request the addition of your special equipment.
- The golf set must be securely packaged to prevent damage and must be transported in its designated golf bag.
Bicycle (BIKE)
- Bicycles (manual only) are accepted on our flights, provided they are non-motorized bicycles.
It should be placed in a protective case, with the pedals either removed or folded inward. - The handle bars should be placed on the side and the tires should be deflated.
- Special equipment can be transported in the aircraft hold within certain limits. If these limits are exceeded, the equipment will not be accepted. We recommend contacting our call center before your flight to request the addition of your special equipment.
- The protective cover must be transported in a sturdy cardboard/cardboard box or special packaging to prevent damage to the bike.
Skiing equipment (SKI)
- Ski equipment is accepted provided it's in a special case with a pair of skis.
- A ski set includes a pair of skis or a snowboard, a pair of ski poles, a pair of boots, and a helmet. To qualify as a ski set, at least two of these items must be included.
- Packaging must be sturdy, and care should be taken to ensure that sharp corners or edges do not pose a risk to other luggage or handling personnel.
- There should be no other personal items in the packaging.
- Special equipment can be transported in the aircraft hold within certain limits. If these limits are exceeded, the equipment will not be accepted. We recommend contacting our call center before your flight to request the addition of your special equipment.
Diving Equipment (DIVE)
- Diving equipment includes items such as a wetsuit, buoyancy vest (BC), mask, fins, underwater flashlight, snorkel, harpoon, diving boots, diving tank, pressure gauge, weight belt, and regulator. To qualify as a diving set, at least two of these items must be included.
- The diving tank must be completely empty and its valve must remain open.
- If the dive tank contains a battery or fuse, it must be packaged separately from the tank. The on/off switch must be turned off.
- Dive lights must be approved prior to transport. The bulb and fuse must be removed and packaged separately from the light.
- Only 1 safety vest is allowed, and when deflated, it must not exceed 25 kg. Inflated vests are not accepted for transport.
- Harpoons must not be loaded or ready to launch. The harpoon and its tip must be packaged separately.
- Diving equipment must be packaged securely to prevent damage. We recommend attaching a label to the package indicating that it contains diving equipment.

SURFING (SURF)
- Short surfboards may not exceed 145cm.
- Long surfboards may not exceed a range of 145-280cm.
- Special equipment can be transported in the aircraft hold within certain limits. If these limits are exceeded, the equipment will not be accepted. We recommend contacting our call center before your flight to request the addition of your special equipment.
- Special Portable Instruments and Music Equipment (SPEQ)
- Other sports equipment and musical instruments are transported under the SPEQ category. This includes items such as kites, gliders, paragliders, sporting shotguns, fencing gear, tennis equipment, and fishing tackle.
- Fishing Set: A fishing set includes a reel, landing net, fishing waders, and a fishing bag.
- We do not carry canoes on our planes.
- A single musical instrument—such as a guitar, saz, or violin—can be carried free of charge if it is not checked in as baggage. If carried as hand luggage and within the size limit of 55x40x20 cm, a SPEQ fee applies. For larger instruments that exceed the cabin baggage allowance, such as a cello (including its case), an additional seat must be purchased.
- Larger musical instruments may be transported in the cargo hold for an excess baggage fee.
- Televisions are accepted on board provided they are properly packaged. They may be transported in the cargo hold and are subject to an excess baggage fee.
- A musical instrument for which a seat is purchased may be accepted up to a maximum weight of 75 KG.
- The seat purchased for a musical instrument must accommodate dimensions not exceeding 120x40x20 cm, including the case. The instrument must be securely placed within the seat area.
- If the purchased musical instrument has maximum dimensions of 75x50x45 cm, it must be placed on the seat.
- Musical instruments and sports equipment must be packed in their appropriate cases or bags to prevent damage during transport.
- Special equipment can be transported in the aircraft hold within certain limits. If these limits are exceeded, the equipment will not be accepted. We recommend contacting our call center before your flight to request the addition of your special equipment.
Pets Allowed in Cabin (PETC)
- Cats, dogs, and birds are permitted on domestic flights, while only cats and dogs are allowed on international flights (including the TRNC).
- Live animals are not accepted for departures to Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, the United Arab Emirates, and Qatar. We do not transport live animals to or from the UK.
- Kangal dogs are accepted up to 6 months of age.
- Pet carriers must be no larger than 32*32*50 cm.
- A single pet carrier can accommodate a puppy, a mother and her puppy, or two animals of the same species accustomed to living together. The total weight of the carrier, including the animals, must not exceed 8 kilograms. In such cases, the animals traveling together in the same carrier are considered as 1 PETC (Pet in Cabin).
- The cage must be appropriately sized for the animal, waterproof, sturdy, securely locked, well-ventilated, and resistant to scratches and impacts.
- Pets younger than 3 months on the date of the flight are not accepted for travel.
- Passengers aged 12 and under traveling alone (UM) are not permitted to travel with a companion animal (PETC).
- Buggy-style strollers used for transporting pets are treated as baggage and are loaded into the aircraft’s cargo hold.
- Passengers traveling with pets (PETC) may not sit in the emergency exit or the front seat.
- Wild, predatory and fighting birds and dogs are not accepted for transport. (such as American Pit Bull, Fila Brazileiros, Japanese Tosa, Pit Bull Terrier, Togo Argentinos, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Doberman, Mastiff, American Bulldog, Caucasian owtscharka, mastino napoletano, chow chow)
- Unvaccinated cats and dogs under 3 months of age are not permitted to travel. Owners of cats and dogs over three months of age must ensure their pets are vaccinated against rabies annually. Pets that are not fully vaccinated are not allowed on flights.
- An Import License is also required to transport non-commercial live animals to the TRNC alongside passengers.
- National legislation and regulations concerning the acceptance of live animals in countries of departure, arrival, transfer, and transit (including health certificates, travel documents, restrictions, limits, quarantine rules, age requirements, etc.) must be reviewed, and all necessary documents must be prepared in advance.
- For nervous, aggressive, or restless animals, it is the passenger’s responsibility to administer medication under veterinary supervision at an appropriate time before the flight.

Animals in Hold (AVIH)
- On international flights, animals carried in the hold (AVIH) are not permitted.
- Only cats and dogs are accepted for transport.
- The AVIH cage must be sturdy, hygienic, allow the animal to lie down, turn around, and move freely, and must be securely locked. It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure these conditions are met.
- For nervous, aggressive, or restless animals, it is the passenger’s responsibility to administer medication under veterinary supervision at an appropriate time before the flight.
- Wild, predatory and fighting birds and dogs are not accepted for transport. (such as American Pit Bull, Fila Brazileiros, Japanese Tosa, Pit Bull Terrier, Togo Argentinos, American Staffordshire Terrier, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Doberman, Mastiff, American Bulldog, Caucasian owtscharka, mastino napoletano, chow chow)

Drones
- The battery inside the drone must not violate lithium battery transportation rules.
- If the drone is within standard carry-on size and its battery capacity does not exceed the lithium limits allowed for other electronic devices, it may be carried in the cabin. Due to their small size and low battery capacity, such drones can be brought onboard with their batteries.
- Drones that do not meet these standards must be transported in the aircraft hold, with their batteries packed separately. An excess baggage fee will apply based on the relevant route.
Strollers
- Baby strollers, including foldable cabin-size models, are transported in the cargo compartment as checked baggage.
- Passengers may bring their stroller to the aircraft gate by attaching a “Delivery at Aircraft” tag. The stroller will be collected at the gate for loading and can be retrieved at the aircraft gate upon arrival.
- As a rule, strollers are not permitted in the cabin—even if the passenger has no other carry-on luggage and there is available space on the aircraft.
- Strollers and baby carriages are carried free of charge for passengers traveling with an infant or child.
- Only 1 stroller is allowed free of charge per infant or child.
- Baby Stroller: It is considered checked baggage, cannot be carried in the cabin, and is transported free of charge in the cargo hold.
- Baby Strollers: Considered checked baggage, not permitted in the cabin, and carried free of charge in the cargo hold. Dimensions must not exceed 75*50*45 cm.
- If a passenger is traveling with an infant or child, 1 car seat is carried free of charge. If the passenger also brings a stroller or baby stroller, only 1 of these items is accepted free of charge. Any additional items must be included in the checked baggage allowance, and if the allowance is exceeded, an excess baggage fee will apply.
