Histoire de Pegasus

Neyran ARSLANTÜRK a rejoint notre Conseil d’Administration en 2026. Depuis mars 2026, elle occupe le poste de CEO de TikTak, une plateforme d’autopartage au service de plus de 3 millions d’utilisateurs avec une flotte de 8 500 véhicules. Auparavant, elle a été Directrice Générale Turquie de Wonderful, plateforme mondiale d’intelligence artificielle. Entre 2015 et 2025, elle a exercé les fonctions de Directrice Générale d’Uber Turquie et, à partir de 2022, elle a également assuré la direction générale d’Uber Malte et Israël. Elle a figuré trois années consécutives, en 2017, 2018 et 2019, dans la liste « 40 Under 40 » de Fortune. Entre 2010 et 2015, elle a occupé à Londres les postes de Responsable Finance chez Skype et de Digital Strategic Business Executive chez Condé Nast International. Entre 2007 et 2009, elle a travaillé à Londres au sein de l’équipe de banque d’investissement Technologie-Médias-Télécommunications chez Merrill Lynch et, auparavant, entre 2002 et 2005, elle a exercé des missions de conseil en audit et gestion d’entreprise, fusions-acquisitions et finance d’entreprise chez PricewaterhouseCoopers et Ünlü & Co. Neyran ARSLANTÜRK joue un rôle actif, au niveau national et international, dans le domaine du leadership féminin. Depuis janvier 2025, elle est membre du conseil d’administration de l’International Women’s Forum (IWF) Türkiye et préside le Comité des Relations Globales. L’IWF est un réseau international de leadership féminin fondé aux États-Unis et actif dans 35 pays et 77 forums à travers le monde. Par ailleurs, depuis janvier 2024, elle a achevé le programme de certification pour l’adhésion indépendante aux conseils d’administration en tant que mentorée de la 6e promotion de l’association Yönetim Kurulunda Kadın Derneği (YKKD) ; en tant que membre de European Women on Boards (EWOB), elle a également participé aux programmes Board Readiness et SheLeads Mentoring. Neyran ARSLANTÜRK est titulaire d’une licence en économie de l’Université Boğaziçi et d’un MBA de la Darden School of Business de l’Université de Virginie.

Né en 1966, Mehmet T. Nane a obtenu son diplôme de premier cycle universitaire en Relations Internationales, en 1990, à l’Université Boğaziçi d’Istanbul. En 1993, il a validé son diplôme de second cycle en Finances et opérations bancaires internationales à l’Heriot-Watt University d’Edinbourg, en Écosse, grâce au programme de Bourses attribué par le Ministère britannique des Affaires Etrangères et du Commonwealth (FCO). Il a aussi participé au programme de gestion avancée (AMP – Advanced Management Program) de l'École de Commerce de l'Université Harvard en 2013. 

Après avoir occupé de nombreux postes à responsabilité au sein de Türkiye Emlak Bankası, Demirbank et Demir Invest, il a rejoint la holding Sabanci en tant que Vice-Président du département planification, développement et projets, ainsi que Directeur d’exploitation du groupe et Secrétaire Général.

En avril 2005, Mehmet T. Nane a pris le poste de Directeur Général de Teknosa après avoir siégé en tant que Vice-Président du Conseil d’Administration de mars 2000 à avril 2005. En août 2013, il était nommé Directeur Général de CarrefourSA, poste qu’il a occupé jusqu’en 2016. En mars 2016, il a pris les fonctions de PDG de Pegasus Airlines.

À ce jour, Mehmet T. Nane est aussi Président de l’Association turque des centres commerciaux et des distributeurs (AMPD), Président de l’Union des Chambres de Commerce, d’Industrie et Bourses de Turquie (TOBB), Président de la Fondation pour la Santé et l’Education - SEV (Sağlık ve Eğitim Vakfı), et Président de l’Association des Turcs Diplômés de l’École de Commerce de Harvard (Harvard Business School).

Ayşegül ILDENİZ is serving as an independent Board Member since October 12, 2022. Ayşegül İLDENİZ is a pioneer in innovation, technology transformation and future vision with working experience in the Silicon Valley and Türkiye. She currently serves as a board member in several Turkish companies. Between 2016 and 2018, she served as the Chief Operating Officer for Silver Spring Networks (SSNI), a publicly traded leading technology company focused on internet of things (IoT) and smart energy. SSNI held half of the U.S. smart energy market with more than 26 million subscribers; and transformed leading cities of the world like Singapore, London, Chicago, Paris, Copenhagen and Dubai into smart cities. Ayşegül ILDENİZ oversaw global operations including manufacturing, product management, sales and marketing. Prior to SSNI, between 1998 and 2016, she served in various roles at Intel Corporation; last job being the Vice President for New Devices Group. She was part of a team whose mission was to imagine and create the next wave of computing devices, from wearable devices all the way to boards for kids to create robots. She worked with world’s leading fashion and sports companies as well as IoT start-ups to make future possible. Prior to that, she managed Intel’s Middle East, Turkey and Africa region, covering 67 countries including Turkey, Egypt, South Africa, United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. She led global efforts for building and expanding Intel’s business across emerging markets to enrich the lives of people through technology. Ayşe İLDENİZ also worked as country manager for Turkey and marketing manager for META region in her earlier career at Intel. Ayşe İLDENİZ is very active in social work and has served for various international NGOs. Currently, she is the chair of TUSIAD Silicon Valley Network and serves on the board of Turkish Philanthropy Funds. Previously, she served as the vice chair of the Technology Committee for BIAC (The Business and Industry Advisory Committee to the OECD), as board member of the American Turkish Society and led the Technology and Innovation group at TUSIAD. She is the founder of Women in IT Platform in Turkey. Ayşegül İLDENİZ is also a 2010 Eisenhower fellow. Ayşegül İLDENİZ received several awards and honors for her social work on digital divide. In 2015, she was listed as one of the top 100 most creative person in business by Fast Company magazine. She was also awarded as the third most influential Turkish-American woman by Turks of America magazine. Other honors include prestigious “Betül Mardin Leaders Shaping the Future Award” in 2016 by TUHİD (Turkish Public Relations Association); and an honorary appreciation award by Middle East Technical University Senate in Ankara. Ayşegül İLDENİZ holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bosphorus University and a master’s degree in Electronic Communications Arts from San Francisco State University, California.

David F. A. VISMANS has been serving as an independent member of the Board of Directors since March 31, 2022. David VISMANS is a product development executive with an engineering and AI education, having 20 years of experience of leading and scaling global oriented digital products and product organizations on hyper-growth trajectory, in various industries: digital navigation, social networking, e-commerce and travel. Between 2015 and 2021, David VISMANS served as Chief Product Officer for Booking.com, having previously served as Front-End Division Director and Mobile Senior Product Owner between 2012 and 2015. Previously, David VISMANS served as Product Development Director for Telegraaf Media Nederland in 2012, Chief Technology Officer and Head of Development for Hyves, between 2009 and 2012, and Development and Software Manager for Tomtom, between 2004 and 2008. David VISMANS has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Amsterdam. David VISMANS is a citizen and resident of Netherlands.

Agah UĞUR has been serving as an independent member of the Board of Directors since April 2020. Agah UĞUR worked in accountancy, consulting and banking firms in England and Turkey before joining Borusan Group in 1989 as its CFO. He assumed the role of Borusan Holding CEO in 1995; served as the Borusan Group CEO between 2001 and 2018 and he continues to serve as advisor to the chairman and board member at Borusan Holding. Agah UĞUR held and continues to hold several board and advisory board positions in NGOs. Currently he is a member of TUSIAD’s High Advisory Council, a board member at the Turkish American Business Council, member of the Board of Trustees of Sabanci University, member of the advisory council of Bahçeşehir University and member of the advisory board of Columbia University Istanbul Global Center. Agah UĞUR holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering obtained from the University of Birmingham in the U.K. and qualified as chartered accountant in England in 1985.

Stephen M. GRIFFITHS joined Pegasus Airlines as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors on November 11, 2016, and served as an independent Board member between January 2017 – March 2023 and continued to serve as non-executive member of the Board of Directors until August 2023. Since November 2022, Stephen M. GRIFFITHS has been managing director of East Midlands Airport and Group Operational Transformation Director. Between October 2018 – June 2020, Stephen M. GRIFFITHS acted as the Chief Operating Officer and between June 2020 – October 2022, he served as managing director for London Stansted Airport, both airports being part of the Manchester Airport Group. Between 2015 and 2017, Stephen M. GRIFFITHS was the Chief Operating Officer of the London Underground. Between 1995 and 2013, Stephen M. GRIFFITHS served in various positions at Virgin Atlantic Airways Limited. Between March 2009 and June 2013, Stephen M. GRIFFITHS was the Chief Operating Officer of Virgin Atlantic, responsible for the safe, efficient and cost-effective delivery of the airline operations and customer service promise, with leadership responsibility for 6,500 employees in flight operations, engineering, airports, cargo, pilots, cabin crew, safety and security and customer experience. Prior to that, Stephen M. GRIFFITHS served as director of engineering between 2007 and 2009 and undertook various senior engineering positions between 1995 and 2007. Between 1986 and 1995, Stephen M. GRIFFITHS served as senior service engineer at Rolls Royce plc.

Ali Ismail Sabanci occupe le poste de Président du conseil de Pegasus Hava Tasimaciligi A.S depuis 2005. Entre 1991 et 1997, il a rempli différentes missions au sein de Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated et de Akbank T.A.S., puis a occupé le poste de Directeur exécutif adjoint de la Stratégie et du Développement des activités entre 2001 et 2004. Il détient également un siège au conseil d'administration d'Esas Holding. Il est diplômé d'un master en Économie et Politique de l'Université de Tufts, ainsi que d'une licence en Finance internationale de la Faculté d'administration commerciale de l'Université de Columbia.

Il est Président du Comité des jeunes entrepreneurs de l'Union des Chambres de commerce et d'industrie de Turquie et membre de la Chambre de l'industrie d'Istanbul (ISO) et du Conseil du commerce turco-américain (TAIK).

M. Kozlu est membre de notre conseil d'administration depuis 2013. M. Kozlu a occupé différents postes au sein de The Coca-Cola Company entre 1996 et 2006, le dernier étant celui de Président des opérations de l'entreprise en Europe centrale, Eurasie et Moyen-Orient. Depuis 2006, il reste consultant pour le groupe Coca-Cola Eurasie et Afrique. M. Kozlu a été député à la Grande Assemblée nationale turque de 1991 à 1995, ainsi que Président et PDG de Turkish Airlines de 1988 à 1991. Il a également rempli la fonction de Président de l'Association des Compagnies aériennes en 1990. M. Kozlu détient une licence de l'Université de Denison ainsi qu'un MBA de l'Université de Stanford. Il possède également un doctorat en sciences de l'administration de l'Université de Boğaziçi.
