Offer Details:

The Offer: As a BolBol Extra member, you can get 50% off any additional checked baggage you purchase for your flights, benefit from Free Cancellation Right, and earn double (2x) BolPoints on your flights.

●      BolBol Extra members can benefit from the 50% discount on additional checked baggage, Free Cancellation Right and double (2x) BolPoints offered exclusively under this programme, either separately or together.

●      Under the Offer, the 50% discount on additional checked baggage applies only to the BolBol Extra member listed on the PNR. This discount is applied automatically at the payment step on PNRs where the BolBol Extra member's membership-linked contact details were entered during ticket purchase. The 50% discount on additional checked baggage under the Offer does not apply to cabin baggage purchases.

●      Under the Offer, Free Cancellation Right is a right granted to BolBol and BolBol Extra passengers on a PNR that includes a BolBol Extra member and has no more than five (5) passengers in total. Only passengers on the PNR whose Pegasus BolBol membership details have been entered correctly can benefit from this right. No product needs to be added to the booking to benefit from this right. If more than five (5) people are included on the same PNR, only the BolBol Extra member will be able to benefit from this right. This right is unlimited until 31 December 2026; after that date, Free Cancellation Right will be limited to 5 uses per year.

●      BolBol Extra members earn double BolPoints on their flights no later than 72 hours after the relevant flight has been completed. The BolPoints to be doubled are calculated solely on the BolPoints earned on the lowest-priced flight package for the selected flight. BolPoints earned in connection with Additional Products or Services added to the basket, upgraded package selections, or other offers are not included in the double BolPoints calculation; those BolPoints are earned only once.

Passengers Eligible for the Campaign

●      The Offer is open to BolBol Extra members whose BolBol Extra membership is still active.

●      To become a BolBol Extra member, a Pegasus BolBol member must meet the requirement of earning 15 Pins within the relevant calendar year. You can review Article 14.7 of the Pegasus General Rules for details on earning Pins.

●      For BolBol Extra members who wish to benefit from the Offer, the mobile phone number linked to their BolBol Extra membership must be entered when passenger details are provided during ticket purchase.

Offer Validity Dates: The Offer applies to tickets purchased between 28 July 2026 (from 12:00) and 31 December 2026 (until 23:59), through the Sales Channels Where the Offer Applies. BolBol Extra members benefit from BolBol Extra advantages for as long as they hold BolBol Extra status (they can benefit from this Offer's advantages until the end of 2027).

Routes Where the Offer Applies: Applies to all domestic and international flights operated by Pegasus.

Sales Channels Where the Offer Applies: The 50% discount on additional checked baggage applies to checked baggage purchased through the Pegasus website (www.flypgs.com) and the Pegasus mobile app. The limitations set out in the General Rules regarding Free Cancellation Right and BolPoints earning apply.

Detailed Rules

You can find detailed rules on BolBol Extra under Article 14.7 of the Pegasus General Rules. Information on the benefits is set out below:

50% Off Checked Baggage Rules

●      For a BolBol Extra member to use the 50% discount on additional checked baggage, they must add it to their basket on the additional checked baggage selection screen while purchasing their flight ticket, after selecting their flight. The 50% discount will be applied automatically as they proceed to the payment step.

●      BolBol Extra members who wish to benefit from the BolBol Extra-exclusive 50% discount on additional checked baggage after purchasing their flight can also do so by adding additional checked baggage to their flight in a separate transaction after purchase.

●      If there is more than one passenger on the flight booking (PNR), only BolBol Extra members who entered the mobile phone number linked to their Pegasus BolBol membership when providing their details during ticket purchase can benefit from the Offer. Passengers who are not BolBol Extra members cannot benefit from this right.

●      To benefit from the discount on additional checked baggage, the member's membership must have BolBol Extra status on the date the additional checked baggage is purchased. If additional checked baggage is added to a flight booked before becoming a BolBol Extra member, and the addition takes place after becoming a BolBol Extra member, the 50%-discounted baggage can still be purchased.

●      Under the Offer, the 50% discount on checked baggage applies only to purchases of additional checked baggage. No additional discount is applied under the Offer to additional cabin baggage purchases, to the baggage allowance already offered under the ticket package, or to the baggage cost included within the package.

Free Cancellation Right Rules for up to 5 People in Total on a PNR

●      For a BolBol Extra member to benefit from the Free Cancellation Right right under the Campaign, they must be listed on the relevant flight booking as a passenger linked to their BolBol Extra membership.

●      To use the Free Cancellation Right right, the BolBol Extra member does not need to add "Free Cancellation Right" to their basket separately during booking. The rules of the free cancellation right offered under BolBol Extra are the same as the rules of the "Free Cancellation Right" product; for matters not specified here, the rules and explanations for the relevant product in the General Rules apply.

●      The Carriage Fee consists of (a) the Base Fare, (b) the Fuel Surcharge, (c) the Airport Tax, (d) the Check-in Fee and (e) the Service Fee. For a Ticket cancelled under the Free Cancellation Right right up to 12 hours before the flight, the Ticket fee is refunded in full, excluding the Free Cancellation Right fee. For changes made under the Free Cancellation Right right up to 12 hours before the flight, if the all-inclusive total Carriage Fee of the changed flight is higher than the all-inclusive total Carriage Fee of the original flight, the difference in Carriage Fee between the two tickets is charged. However, if a Ticket is changed under the Free Cancellation Right right and the new ticket amount is lower than the amount of the original ticket purchased, the difference between the original ticket and the new ticket is not refunded to you. For changes or cancellations of tickets purchased by instalment payment, the instalment fee charged is passed on in all cases.

●      Only BolBol Extra and BolBol members listed on a PNR that also includes a BolBol Extra member, and that has no more than five (5) passengers in total, can benefit from the Free Cancellation Right right. For the other BolBol member passengers on the PNR to also benefit from the Free Cancellation Right right, the phone number linked to their BolBol membership must have been entered correctly during booking.

●      If the membership-linked details of BolBol members on the relevant PNR were not entered during ticket purchase, those BolBol members can still benefit from the Free Cancellation Right right, subject to the rules, if they add this flight to their BolBol membership via the Pegasus Mobile App before the flight takes place.

●      No product needs to be added to the booking to benefit from the Free Cancellation Right right. If more than five (5) people are on the PNR, only the BolBol Extra member will be able to benefit from this right.

●      No claim for refund, compensation or any other redress may be made against Pegasus if the relevant membership advantages cannot be used because the phone number linked to the Pegasus BolBol membership was not added to the ticket during booking or before the flight date, or if Free Cancellation Right is purchased for a fee and added to the ticket. The passenger is solely responsible for entering their personal and membership information correctly and completely on the ticket.

●      For BolBol members on the same PNR as a BolBol Extra member to benefit from the Free Cancellation Right right, they must carry out the cancellation or change transaction together with the BolBol Extra member. If the cancellation or change transaction is not carried out together with the BolBol Extra member, the BolBol members will pay the change or cancellation transaction fee. This right can only be used in transactions carried out together with the BolBol Extra member on the PNR. Being on the same PNR does not give the other BolBol members on the PNR a free cancellation or right to change independent of the BolBol Extra member.

●      As of 31 December 2026, the Free Cancellation Right right will be limited to a total of 5 per calendar year. Every free change or cancellation transaction used by the BolBol Extra member, whether for themselves or for other BolBol members on the same PNR, will be deducted from this right's limit. Once the limit is reached, the BolBol Extra member and the other BolBol members on the PNR will not be able to benefit from the Free Cancellation Right right for the remainder of that calendar year.

●      As stated in the Pegasus General Rules, changes cannot be made to flights purchased using BolPoints; accordingly, BolBol Extra members cannot make free changes to flights they purchased using BolPoints — only the free cancellation option is available.

Rules for Earning Double (2x) BolPoints on Flights

●      A Pegasus BolBol passenger who has reached BolBol Extra status and wishes to benefit from the Offer must enter the mobile phone number linked to their Pegasus BolBol membership when providing their details during ticket purchase.

●      The double BolPoints calculation is not affected by additional BolPoints earned in connection with products or additional services added to the basket, or under other offers. Only the BolPoints amount calculated on the lowest flight package for the relevant flight, in accordance with Article 14.4.1.3 of the General Rules, is earned as double (2x). BolPoints earned through other means (upgraded packages, additional services, campaigns, etc.) remain unchanged.

●      If there is more than one passenger on the flight booking (PNR), only BolBol Extra members who entered the mobile phone number linked to their Pegasus BolBol membership when providing their details during ticket purchase can benefit from the Offer.

●      Extra BolPoints will be credited within 72 hours after the relevant flight is completed, to the Pegasus BolBol accounts linked to the phone number of the BolBol Extra members included on the PNR. For BolPoints to be earned under the Offer, the flight must have been taken by the relevant BolBol Extra member.

●      If BolBol Extra members eligible for the Offer purchase a ticket without linking their Pegasus BolBol membership, but otherwise in accordance with the other Offer rules, they can add their flight to their Pegasus BolBol membership using the "Add Flight" feature within three (3) months of the date the flight took place. In this case, the eligible BolBol Extra members will be able to earn the extra BolPoints available under the Offer for the flights they add.

Other Offer Rules

●      The Offer is open to BolBol Extra members whose BolBol Extra membership is still active.

●      All benefits granted under BolBol Extra apply for as long as the member's BolBol Extra membership remains valid. If the membership ends, is cancelled, or is suspended, these benefits and privileges cease immediately.

●      If the Offer conditions are not met because purchased tickets are cancelled, changed, or for similar reasons, participation in the Offer will not be deemed to have taken place, and no BolPoints or Pins will be earned.

●      For matters relating to Pegasus BolBol and the use of BolPoints not specified here, the Pegasus General Rules apply.

●      Pegasus reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Offer rules and/or cancel the Offer at any time during the Offer period. The Offer terms do not create any right in respect of transactions not carried out prior to any such amendment. No claim of a vested right may be made in such a case. Pegasus bears no liability in this regard.
