Transaction Guide

Overview

The Transaction Guide featured in this section is published in accordance with the provisions of the "Regulation on Service Providers and Agent Service Providers in Electronic Commerce", and provides information regarding the purchasing of flight tickets and additional services offered by Pegasus Airlines via www.flypgs.com, changes relating to these, the rules applied to these transactions and the technical steps required to complete said transactions.

How can I search for flights?

(1) At the top left-hand side of the www.flypgs.com homepage you will find the ticket sales box. Here, you can select your departure destination using the "From" drop-down menu, and your arrival destination using the "To" drop-down menu.

(2) You can select "Return" or "One-way" flights.

(3) Choose your flight dates.

(4) A passenger may be categorised as an Adult, Child or Infant. Specific rules for Child and Infant passengers are set out in the Pegasus Airlines General Terms and Conditions. A maximum of nine passengers can selected for a ticketing transaction.

(5) If the "Flexible on travel dates?" option has been selected, the week before and after your selected travel dates will be included in your search, and these 15 days and their lowest corresponding fares will also be displayed. In searches without this option selected, the chosen date as well as the day before and after will be displayed to give you a view of three dates, and the lowest available fare for each flight.

(6) Clicking the "Continue" button will take you to the search results.

How can I choose a flight?

On the Flight Selection page displayed after searching, you can view times and ticket prices for Departure and Return flights. For every domestic flight there are three package options, and four for every international flight. Once a flight has been selected, it will be displayed in the basket on the right hand side of the screen. Here you can view a summary of flight details, the PNR number, flight class, departure and arrival destinations, scheduled times, fuel and airport taxes, service fees, check-in fees and the total fare price. You can view ticket fares in various currencies. Pegasus Plus members will also be able to see how many points they will earn from the flight. You can also see the 15-day view. You can add new flights from the upper section of the basket.

After selecting your flight, click the "Continue" button, and you will be taken to the additional services page.

By clicking the "I want to lock the price" option at the bottom of the Flight Selection page, you can freeze the price of a ticket (limited to the period selected and for the fee indicated on the following screen) without completing the sales transaction.

How can I add Additional Services?

You can view a summary of your flight details on the "Additional Services" selection page.

Additional Services (Seat Selection, Pegasus Cafe-Meal, Baggage, Travel Insurance and Sports Equipment) can be selected. You can choose your seat under the "Seat Selection" section, purchase food under the "Pegasus Cafe-Meal Selection" section, select your baggage allowance or add additional baggage under the "Select Baggage" section, purchase travel insurance under the "Travel Insurance" section, and add sports equipment under the "Sports Equipment" section.

After making your selections, the price of your additional services will be added to your basket.

You must then proceed by selecting either the "Continue with Pegasus Plus Advantages' option, or the 'Continue without Pegasus Plus login' option.

How do I enter passenger information?

1- At the payment stage of the reservation process where the "Continue without Pegasus Plus login" option has been selected;

The gender, name and surname fields in the "Passenger Information" section must be filled in.

The name and surname of the first passenger on the reservation will automatically be entered under "Contact Information". You can change this information. The mobile phone, country and e-mail fields in this section are mandatory. Other fields are optional.

A Ticket confirmation will be sent to the contact details provided in this section.

If you wish to receive an invoice, you must click the "I want an Invoice" button. After entering the mandatory information and making your selections, press the "Proceed to Payment" button to be taken to the next page.

2- If you select the "Continue with Pegasus Plus Advantages" option, you will be asked to log in. After logging in, the fields will be filled in automatically with the member's details. Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the "Payment Page".

How do I complete my payment?

On the payment page, you can view and check the reservation details for your flight, passenger details and contact details. It is important that these details are correct for both your reservation confirmation and your PNR information. A transaction confirmation message will be sent to the e-mail address and mobile telephone number provided in the "Contact Information" section.

You can select your payment method (Credit Card/Payment with flight points) under the "Payment Details" section.

In order to pay using a credit card, you must enter your credit card information in the relevant fields. By selecting the "Conformation" option at the bottom of the screen, you give Pegasus permission to use the personal details provided to forward commercial communications to you on behalf of Pegasus and the partner companies listed on the page. Finally, after reading and accepting the "General Rules" and "Privacy" you can click the "Purchase Now" button. An anti-fraud application will check the credit card details entered. If approved, you will be directed to the Bank 3D Payment page. You will receive an SMS with a code. Enter this code. If your transaction is approved, the ticketing will be carried out.

To make payment using your Flight Points, you must enter your membership number and password. Flight points may be used to cover the desired amount, provided that this is at least 5 TL. If desired, you may use a credit cart to pay for a portion of a the total, and use flight points (providing that the total covered by flight points is at least 5 TL) to pay for the remainder.By selecting the conformation option at the bottom of the screen, you give Pegasus permission to use the personal details provided to forward commercial communications to you on behalf of Pegasus and the partner companies listed on the page. Finally, after reading and accepting the "General Rules" and "Privacy" you can click the "Purchase Now” button.

How do I receive a Ticket Confirmation?

The ticket confirmation page will open if the ticketing transaction has been completed successfully and you will see the following message being displayed: "Your ticketing transaction has been completed successfully." You can view a summary of your transaction in the basket. You can also view your additional service selections on this page. At the end of the ticketing process, a confirmation of your Reservation and PNR details will be sent via e-mail and/or SMS in accordance with your chosen method of communication.

Beneath the confirmation message you will find links to the "General Rules" (these may also be downloaded in PDF format) and "Privacy" (these may also be downloaded in PDF format). For conditions relating to the use of personal data, please consult the "Privacy". Only the most recent versions of the related documents can be found on the Pegasus General Rules and Privacy pages.

How do I check in online?

After ticketing has been completed you must check in for your flight. This may be carried out online or offline. You can check in online at www.flypgs.com up to 72 hours before your flight, but no later than 40 minutes before your flight's scheduled departure time. If you have a connecting flight, simply print out both boarding passes on an A4 sheet.

You can select "Online Check-In" by clicking the "Check-In" tab above the flight search box. Enter your reservation number, name and surname, and click the "Continue" button. You will see the details of the relevant flight displayed on the screen.

You will than carry out the necessary processes to check in. You will then receive you Check-In information via SMS or e-mail.

You can check in "offline" at the airport.

Ticket Transactions

You can change or cancel tickets, purchase additional services, and change contact details, simply by entering your Reservation (PNR) Number, and name and surname in the “Manage My Booking” section of the website for all tickets purchased through www.flypgs.com, our call centres, or our mobile apps. In addition, you can also complete previous reservations which have not yet been ticketed here.

You can change or cancel tickets, purchase additional services and change contact details simply by entering your Reservation (PNR) Number, name and surname in the "Manage My Booking" section of the website. In addition, you can also complete your earlier reservations which have not yet been ticketed in the "Manage My Booking" menu.

1. Change Flight

After logging on to the "My Ticket Transactions" page all ticketed flights will be displayed. If you want to change a flight, once you have selected a flight to change, you will be redirected to a flight search page where you can choose a new flight.

2. Change Contact Information

You can change the contact information entered while purchasing the ticket when changing a flight.

3. Buy Additional Services

In this section, you can add additional services, such as seat reservations, food and extra baggage for tickets already purchased.

4. Cancel a Flight

If you want to cancel one leg of your flight on a previously purchased ticket, select the relevant flight and request a cancellation/refund for that part of the journey.

5. Cancel All Flights

You can request a cancellation/refund on tickets for all previously purchased flights.

 

 

Live Support

"Live Support" will appear at the bottom right of your screen as of the flight selection stage of the reservation process. Click this, enter your name and surname, select the relevant topic, and a pop-up will open where you can get help via a live chat.

Transactions with Pegasus Partners

For transactions relating to Pegasus business partners (AIG Sigorta A.Ş., Booking.com B.V., DealBroker BV , Etrawler, ING Bank A.Ş, Otokoç Otomotiv Tic. Ve. San. A.Ş., ParkCloud Ltd., Worldwide Turizm Seyahat A.Ş , Yeni Karamürsel Turizm Ltd.Şti.) you will be redirected to the relevant business partner's website. The products and services rules of the business partner will apply on these websites.

Pegasus Plus Card Applications

You will find the Pegasus Plus card quick application form on the homepage and at the make a payment stage. You can make an application using your ING Pegasus Credit Card. The information provided on this form belongs to ING BANK. The information collected is received by ING BANK and an application for a Pegasus Plus Card will be deemed to have been made. Where an application has been made, it is accepted that this application has been made with ING BANK.

Dubai Visa Applications

You can make applications for Dubai visas. Information is collected by Worldwide Turizm Seyahat A.Ş. for the purposes of visa application. Where applications have been completed it is accepted that the application has been made with Worldwide Turizm Seyahat A.Ş.
