Free Cancellation

Whether you're flying domestically or abroad, enjoy more freedom when choosing your ticket with Free Cancellation! You can add Free Cancellation to your ticket during the booking process, giving you the option to change or cancel your ticket and providing flexibility to your travel plans.

Add Free Cancellation to your flight as a separate product during the booking of your ticket, and if you cancel your trip up to 12 hours before your flight departure time, you will not pay the transaction charge, which starts from 600 TL for domestic flights and 80 Euros for international flights. Plus, in case of change of ticket, Free Cancellation product will be transferred to the new ticket offering you the unlimited option to change your flight!

Where can I purchase it?

You can purchase Free Cancellation while booking in our website, mobile application, agents or call centre. Free Cancellation product cannot be purchased as a standalone product after the ticket is issued. Free Cancellation prices for one-way tickets start from 149.99 TL on domestic flights, 5.99 Euro on Cyprus flights, and 12.99 Euro on international flights (Prices may change during campaigns).

Important!

• You can buy Free Cancellation as a separate product during the booking of ticket up to 24 hours before your flight. Free Cancellation product cannot be purchased as a standalone product after the Ticket is issued.

• Changes and cancellations can still be made in case of check-in.

•  Free Cancellation provides flexibility by granting the right to carry out changes in the ticket and cancel the ticket within twelve hours before departure time, without paying the transaction charge determined in accordance with the Ticket Change and Cancellation Rules (for detailed information, please see 5.6.Domestic & TRNC Flights Change and Cancellation Rules and 5.7.International Flights Change and Cancellation Rules). •  Once Free Cancellation is purchased, the Ticket can be changed to any date or any route, or cancelled, within the framework of the conditions set out here and the Free Cancellation product explanations under our General Rules (for detailed information, please see 3.2. Ancillary Products and Services f) Free Cancellation). The said right does not cover change in Passenger name.

•  Transportation Fare is composed of (a) Base Fare, (b) Fuel Surcharge, (c) Airport Taxes, (d) Check-in Fee and (e) Service Fee. In case of Ticket cancellation made with Free Cancellation up to 12 hours before the flight, the Ticket fee will be refunded in full, except for the Free Cancellation fee.

•  For changes made with Free Cancellation up to 12 hours before departure time, if the total Transportation Fare of the new flight is higher than the total Transportation Fare of the initial flight, the price difference between the two tickets will be charged. However, in case of ticket change with Free Cancellation, if the total transportation fare for the new ticket is lower than the total transportation fare of the initial ticket you purchased, the difference in price will not be refunded. If there is a change in the price of the Free Cancellation product itself for the former and the new flight, the difference is either charged or refunded separately during the change.

•  If ticket changes are made less than 12 hours before the flight, the Ticket Change and Cancellation Rules (for detailed information, see 5.6.Domestic & TRNC Flights Change and Cancellation Rules and 5.7.International Flights Change and Cancellation Rules) valid for the Ticket fare class will apply and the Free Cancellation product will be transferred to the new Ticket and can be used subject to the terms and conditions set out herein.

•  If a ticket is cancelled in less than 12 hours before the departure time, only the Check-in Fee and Airport Taxes will be refunded.

•  In case of changes or cancellations of tickets purchased with installment payment options, the installment fee will be reflected in any event.

•  There is no right of refund in the Free Cancellation product.

•  Free Cancellation will no longer apply once the Ticket is changed to an Open-Ended Ticket.

• Free Cancellation cannot be used when the product Price Freezing (Option Purchase) is purchased and cannot be purchased within the scope of Group Reservation Bookings.
