In addition, we offer the following additional rights in ticket transactions for our guests who have changed their travel plans.

Until the end of Friday, 25 April 2025, our guests who have tickets for all our flights departing from and arriving in Istanbul can make free suspension or make free changes to flights within 1 week. You can make your ticket transactions from our Call Center at 0850 250 67 02.
