About Check-in and Boarding Closure Times and Cabin Baggage Requirements

08.01.2018

Check-in and Boarding Closure Times and Cabin Baggage Requirements will be Changing From 1 March 2018 Onwards.

Dear Passengers,

For flights taking place after 1 March, we are making some changes that will affect check-in and cabin baggage.
You must complete all check-in and baggage drop-off procedures at the airport desks at least 45 minutes before the flight time on domestic journeys and at least 60 minutes before the flight time on international journeys. To ensure that you have enough time to complete all your check-in procedures in time, we recommend that you arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight time on domestic flights and 3 hours before your flight time on international flights.

The table shows check-in periods for all check-in channels.

Check-in Type Check-in Closure Times
Self-Service Kiosk 45 minutes before flight departure
Internet 60 minutes before flight departure
Domestic Desks 45 minutes before flight departure
International Desks 60 minutes before flight departure

Boarding will now close 10 minutes before the flight departure time for all domestic and international flights .
