Flight Cancellations Due to Airspace Restrictions in the Middle East and Passenger Rights
Dear Guests,
Due to the restrictions on Middle Eastern airspace and recent developments;
For tickets issued on or before February 28, 2026, with travel dates between February 28, 2026 and March 12, 2026 (inclusive), additional rights have been granted to our guests holding tickets on our flights to/from Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia (Riyadh and Dammam), and Bahrain.
You may complete your transactions within the scope of these additional rights via www.flypgs.com or the Pegasus Mobile app until March 31, 2026.
For tickets purchased through travel agencies, please contact your agency.
Within the scope of these additional rights, you may:
- cancel your ticket and receive a full refund without any deduction,
- convert your ticket into an open ticket free of charge,
- change your flight date on the same route free of charge.

Our flights to Iran (IKA, TBZ, MHD, SYZ, IFN), Iraq (BGW, EBL, ISU, BSR), Jordan (AMM), Lebanon (BEY), Kuwait (KWI), Bahrain (BAH), Qatar (DOH), Saudi Arabia (DMM, RUH), and the United Arab Emirates (DXB, AUH, SHJ), including those departing on 30.04.2026 and returning on 01.06.2026, have been cancelled.
