Pegasus meets rising demand for Türkiye tourism with new Expedia Partner Solutions agreement

Exclusive agreement sees Pegasus offer travelers better deals in Türkiye and other international destinations

Low-cost Turkish carrier Pegasus Airlines is joining forces with Expedia Partner Solutions (EPS), the B2B brand of Expedia Group, to offer its travelers access to competitive accommodation and package rates in order to keep up with Türkiye’s rapid increase in both domestic and international tourism.

 2018 saw a rise in domestic travel in Türkiye, reaching more than 78 million trips annually, and a resulting 14% rise in the spend of domestic tourists compared to the previous year.[1] Last year, Türkiye also achieved the highest growth of international inbound tourism across 33 European countries (21.8%)[2]. The growing strength of Türkiye’s tourism economy plus other industry events led Pegasus to change their accommodations provider. After careful consideration, Pegasus chose to join forces with EPS, integrating with EPS’s e-commerce template solution, For Partners.

 Through for Partners, Pegasus’s travelers will have access to competitive package rates (where accommodation is bundled with a flight) saving them 15% on average when compared with booking these separately. Members of Pegasus’s loyalty program, Pegasus BolBol, who book hotels through will also benefit from earning BolPoints for future flight bookings helping Pegasus drive more engagement amongst Pegasus’s most loyal customers.
