SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR STUDENTS AND SPORT TEAMS
- Group Size: Minimum 10 guests will be accepted as a group until 25 March 2017 flights. On summer season group size will be applied as 14 guests.
- Affordable Fees: If the group is requested as a student or a sport team, affordable fares will be applicable. Randomly we can ask you to provide the necessary documents which has been signed from schools or teams.
- Flexible Cancellation and refund Opportunuties: By documentary from schools and teams; paid deposit amount could be trasferred the different groups regarding to the availabilities.
- Flexible Payment Options: Collection of 5% deposit instead of 10% deposit. Balance payments will be required up to 14 days to departure instead of 21 days.
- Unlimited Name Change Options: Name changes will be unlimited except the flown segments.
- Seat Selection: As long as the online check-in is done, groups will be able to sit together in the aircraft. If requested by sport groups, exit or front seats will be offered as free of charge for up to 3 persons according to availability.
- Super Excess Bagage Fee: Group baggages are calculated together in order to all group guests are checked in at the same time. For example; The baggage allowance is calculated as 40 X 20: 800 KG in an international flight group of 40 persons. If extra bagage is needed before the flight, on extra kilos a 50% discount will be offered for the groups. The payment will be collected in advance by entering a note in the PNRs. In the case of excess baggage at the airport, if the advance payment has not been made, the suggested discount will not be valid at the airport, and the excess charges are collected within the airport charges.
- Super Catering Price: 1 sandwich and 1 soft drink per person are reccomended for student and sport groups of 14,00 TL in domestic Türkiye flights and 5 USD/EUR for international flights. The catering fee will be collected by coordinating with the catering department. If the payment is not made in advance for the catering, the offered discount for the groups will not be valid within the aircraft. Any catering requested at the time of related flight will be offered for sale at the current rates.
- Free Ticket: 1 free ticket will be given for each 40 people to be used in the same group travel. Only the airport tax is paid by the group.
- Request Validity: These conditions shall apply to the requested groups as of December 1, 2016.
