Important Announcement: Visa-Free Travel to Montenegro Has Been Suspended!
Dear Guests,
As of October 30, 2025, the visa-free travel arrangement for Turkish citizens holding ordinary (burgundy) passports to Montenegro has been temporarily suspended.
Holders of Diplomatic, Service, and Special (Green) Passports will continue to be exempt from visa requirements for stays not exceeding 90 days within a 180-day period.
Visa applications can be submitted through the Embassy of Montenegro in Ankara or the Consulate General of Montenegro in Istanbul.
In addition, individuals holding a passport or residence permit valid for at least three (3) months, with a maximum stay of 30 (thirty) days, as well as those who possess valid multiple-entry visas issued by Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Ireland, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Schengen Area countries, may enter Montenegro without obtaining a Montenegrin visa.
Therefore, Turkish citizens holding ordinary (burgundy) passports who do not have a valid Schengen visa will not be accepted on our flights to Montenegro.
Passengers who purchased tickets for Montenegro flights before October 30, 2025, may change, open, or cancel their tickets free of charge until November 10, 2025, by clicking the following link:http://flyp.gs/kX2zq, visiting our website, or using our mobile app.
Kind regards,
Pegasus Airlines
