Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Ashley Cole Signed Shirt Giveaway” Promotion

By participating in the “Ashley Cole Signed Shirt Giveaway” prize draw (the “Promotion”), participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Organizer

The organizer of the Promotion is: Pegasus Hava Taşımacılığı A.Ş. AEROPARK Yenişehir Mah. Osmanlı Bulvarı No: 11/A 34912 Pendik, Istanbul, Turkey (“Pegasus” or the “Organizer”)

2. Eligibility

·       Participation is free of charge and does not require any purchase or payment.

·       The Promotion is open to natural persons aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

·       Employees of the Organizer and of its affiliated partners, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

·       Participants must be able to provide a valid delivery address within the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK). Prizes cannot be shipped outside the EU or UK.

·       The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotion Period

·       The Promotion will run from 13 August 2026 (11:00 GMT) until 18 August 2026 (23:59 GMT)

·       Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To participate, entrants must:

·       Follow the Pegasus’ official Instagram account @pegasusairlines_en.

·       Like the promotional post.

·       Complete the required comment mechanic stated in the post.

Multiple entries using fraudulent methods (such as using different accounts) or automated systems are prohibited and will result in exclusion from the Promotion.

5. Prize

·       One winner will be selected.

·       The winner will receive one (1) official Chelsea FC shirt signed by Ashley Cole. 

The prize:

·       Is non-transferable

·       Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products

·       Must not be resold or used for commercial purposes

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

·       The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.

·       Backup winner(s) will also be selected at random at the same time. If a winner forfeits under clause 7 below, the prize will be offered to the backup winner in draw order.

·       The winner will be announced on: 19 August 2026.

·       The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message only from the Pegasus’ official Instagram account @pegasusairlines_en.

·       The Organizer’s decision is final regarding the outcome of the draw and no correspondence will be entered into about the selection process or engage in appeals about the winner decision.

7. Prize Claim & Forfeiture

Winners must respond within the timeframe specified in the notification message.

Failure to respond, refusal of the prize, fraudulent entries, or inability to provide an EU or UK delivery address may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate (backup) winner.

The Organizer may publicly announce the winners’ Instagram account on their Instagram account and posts.

8. Prize Delivery

Prizes will be shipped within 60 business days following successful winner verification.

Delivery is limited strictly to EU and UK addresses only.

The Organizer is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect delivery details or any event beyond its reasonable control.

9. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Pegasus Privacy Policy:

Data will be used solely for administration of the Promotion. Such data will be deleted once the Promotion has concluded, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations.

10. Liability

Pegasus shall not be liable for:

·       Losses or delays beyond reasonable control.

·       Technical failures of social media platforms.

·       Indirect or consequential damages.

·       Nothing in these T&Cs excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

·       All further liability of the Organizer is expressly excluded.

11. Modification / Termination

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion where necessary, provided this does not unfairly disadvantage participants.

The entry requirements are those stated in the promotional post as published at the start of the Promotion Period. The Organizer will not materially change the entry requirements during the Promotion Period.

12. Platform Disclaimer

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram / Meta.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England & Wales and the courts of England & Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
