Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Chelsea vs Manchester United Match Tickets Giveaway Promotion

1. Promoter

The promoter of this prize draw is Pegasus Hava Taşımacılığı A.Ş. (“Pegasus Airlines”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion will run from 6 April 2026 until 10 April 2026 at 23:59 GMT.

Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to individuals who:

• are 18 years of age or older
• hold a valid passport and are able to travel
• comply with the terms of entry set out in these Terms and Conditions

Employees of Pegasus Airlines, Chelsea FC, and any agencies directly involved in the promotion, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Pegasus reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants.

4. How to Enter

To participate in the promotion, entrants must:

• Follow @pegasusairlines_en on Instagram
• Like the relevant giveaway post
• Comment on the post as instructed in the giveaway announcement

No purchase or payment is required to enter this promotion.

Only one entry per person will be considered valid unless otherwise stated.

5. Prize

• 1 winner will be selected.
• The winner will receive two (2) match tickets for the Chelsea FC vs Manchester United match taking place at Stamford

Bridge on 18 April 2026.
The prize:

• is non-transferable
• cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products
• must not be resold or used for commercial purposes

Travel, accommodation, visa costs and any additional expenses are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the promotion period.

Pegasus may also select one backup winner.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message on 13 April 2026.

The provisional winner will be required to:

• confirm acceptance of the prize
• confirm that they are a Chelsea FC supporter
• confirm acceptance of home section seating
• confirm compliance with Stamford Bridge ground regulations

Pegasus reserves the right to request identity verification and proof of eligibility.

If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe or fails the verification process, Pegasus reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Ticket Conditions

The winner and their guest must comply with:

• Chelsea FC ticketing rules
• Stamford Bridge ground regulations
• stadium security and entry requirements

Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry to the stadium, for which Pegasus cannot be held responsible.

9. Liability

Pegasus Airlines and Chelsea FC shall not be responsible for:

• travel disruptions
• inability to attend the match
• personal costs incurred by the winner in connection with the prize

Personal data collected for the purpose of this promotion will be processed in accordance with Pegasus Airlines’ Privacy Notice:

11. General

Pegasus reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
