Terms and Conditions of Participation in the “Chelsea vs Newcastle Match Ticket Giveaway” Promotion

By participating in the “Chelsea vs Newcastle – Match Ticket Giveaway” prize draw (the “Promotion”), participants agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Organizer

The Promotion is organised by Pegasus Hava Taşımacılığı A.Ş., AEROPARK Yenişehir Mah. Osmanlı Bulvarı No: 11/A Kurtköy 34912 Pendik-Istanbul, Turkey (“Pegasus” or the “Organizer”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will run from 2 March 2026 (00:01 GMT) to 5 March 2026 (23:59 GMT). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• Participation is free of charge and no purchase is necessary.
• The Promotion is open to natural persons aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members, as well as employees of affiliated companies or agencies involved in the Promotion, are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Follow @pegasusairlines_en on Instagram
• Like the relevant giveaway post
• Tag one (1) friend in the comments

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will be selected.
• The winner will receive two (2) match tickets (for the winner and one guest) to attend the Chelsea vs Newcastle United match at Stamford Bridge.

The prize:

• Is non-transferable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products
• Must not be resold or used for commercial purposes

Travel, accommodation, visas, insurance and any other related costs are not included unless explicitly stated.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• One (1) provisional winner and one (1) backup winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• The winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message on or around 6 March 2026.
• The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification.
• Failure to respond within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of the backup winner.

7. Chelsea Supporter Verification

Match tickets will be allocated exclusively to Chelsea FC supporters.

The provisional winner will be required to:

• Confirm they are a Chelsea FC supporter
• Confirm acceptance of home section seating
• Confirm compliance with Stamford Bridge ground regulations

Failure to pass this verification may result in an alternate winner being selected.

8. Liability

The Organizer shall not be liable for:

• Any travel or related costs
• Changes to the match schedule
• Cancellation or postponement of the match

The winner is responsible for complying with all stadium and ticketing regulations.

9. Data Protection

Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion in accordance with Pegasus’ Privacy Policy, available at:

10. General

• The Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
• Instagram and Meta are not sponsors of this Promotion.
