It is each guests’ responsibility to have and to carry the required travel documents which meet the requirements of immigration and other authorities, for all stages of their travels. Pegasus accepts no liability regarding the accuracy and completeness of the required travel documents. Pegasus does not accept any responsibility for the restriction of travel by official border authorities.. In accordance with the legal regulations, if guests are found not to have the required travel documents during our pre-boarding document check, they will not be permitted to board their flight even if they have a ticket issued in their name for the flight and / or have completed the neccessary check-in procedures.
