Campaign Offer: Book an international ticket for travel between 1 August 2024, and 15 September 2024, via the Pegasus website or Pegasus mobile app from 10 July 2024 to 17 July 2024 and receive a gift ticket code. This code is valid for use for domestic or international flight bookings from 20 November 2024 to 27 March 2025! Your gift ticket code will be sent to the email associated with your Pegasus BolBol membership within 72 hours after purchasing the first ticket. You can redeem the gift ticket code between 5 October 2024 and 5 November 2024, on domestic or international flights scheduled between 20 November 2024 to 27 March 2025 following the rules outlined below.

Sales Dates Valid for the Offer: The gift ticket code offer will be sent only for flights booked between 10 July 2024 and 17 July 2024 (from 10 July 16:30 local time in Türkiye until 10 July 2024 at 23:59 local time in Türkiye, provided that the sale, payment, and ticketing are completed within this time period) and on international flights operated between 1 August and 15 September 2024.

Flight Dates Valid for the Offer: The code for the gift ticket will be sent when you purchase flights departing between 1 August 2024 and 15 September 2024 (departure time according to Türkiye local time from 00:01 on 1 August 2024 until 23:59 on 15 September 2024).

Eligibility for the Offer: The offer can only be redeemed by Pegasus BolBol members who receive the notification about the offer. Pegasus BolBol members who book tickets according to the offer conditions will receive a code for the gift ticket.

Valid Routes for the Offer: To use the offer, a ticket can be booked on Northern Cyprus and all international routes except the ones listed below. Pegasus BolBol members with a flight reservation record (PNR) for one-way, connecting, or round-trip international flights on the eligible routes will receive one code, regardless of the type of ticket purchased (round-trip or one-way).

Sales Channels Valid for the Offer: The Offer is only valid on bookings made through the Pegasus website (www.flypgs.com) and the Pegasus mobile app. Using the gift ticket code, bookings can only be made through the Pegasus website (www.flypgs.com) and the Pegasus mobile app.

Receiving a Gift Ticket Code for the Offer:

· Your gift ticket code will be sent to the email address linked with your Pegasus BolBol membership within 72 hours after your first international flight has been booked within the Sales Dates Valid for the Offer and within the Flight Dates Valid for the Offer.

· Whether the purchased international flight is one-way, connecting, or round-trip, a single code right is granted. The code is one-time use only.

· To benefit from the gift ticket offer, recipients must enter the mobile phone number associated with their Pegasus BolBol membership during the passenger information entry when booking their first ticket.

· As participation in the Offer and the corresponding gift ticket code are part of a personalised offer, if there is more than one person in the PNR, only Pegasus BolBol members who were notified about the Offer will receive the gift ticket code. Additionally, only Pegasus BolBol members identified with the Offer and code will be eligible to benefit from it.

· If the first ticket purchased within the Offer is cancelled, converted to an open ticket, or amended, the code will not be granted, as the Offer rules cannot be adhered to. The validity of the sent code will be nullified.

Validity Period for the Code: The code issued as part of the Offer is strictly for one-time use. Gift tickets under the offer must be officially ticketed between 5 October 2024 (from 00:01 local time in Türkiye) and 5 November 30, 2024 (until 23:59 local time in Türkiye). The final day for booking tickets using the gift ticket code is 5 November 2024 (until 23:59 local time in Türkiye). Any attempts to purchase tickets with the code after this date will be unsuccessful, resulting in the losing the benefits obtained from the Offer.

Flight Dates and Eligible Routes for the Gift Tickets:

The gift ticket code to be issued within the Offer: Flights between 20 November 2024 - 27 March 2025 (Valid for flights departing between 20 November 2024 00:01 - 27 March 2025 23:59 local time in Türkiye. The Offer is not valid for flights between 13 December 2024-4 February 2025).

Can be used for domestic direct flights booked with the Super Eco package and international direct flights booked with the Light Package. The gift ticket code is not valid for Northern Cyprus and the routes mentioned below. Only one (1) person on the reservation (PNR) can benefit from the one-way gift ticket on flights where the gift ticket code is entered, whether the ticket is one-way or round-trip, compatible with the above flight dates.

Package Valid for the Offer: The code for the gift ticket applies to domestic flights booked with the contents of the Super Eco package, and international flights booked with the contents of the Light package. Extra flight services that are not included in the Super Eco package on domestic flights and the Light package on international flights, such as seat selection, meals and extra baggage will be charged separately.

Terms & Conditions

· All guests wishing to benefit from the Offer must be Pegasus BolBol members when booking the ticket within the Valid Dates for the Offer. In addition, the membership number of the Pegasus BolBol members (which is the mobile phone number associated with the membership account) must be entered. If the number is not entered correctly, the password will not be sent. Pegasus is not responsible for any problems that may occur due to incorrect contact information provided by the participant of the offer.

· If the first ticket purchased book through the Offer has not been converted to an open ticket, amended, or cancelled, the Pegasus BolBol members can use the gift ticket code by entering it in the relevant section while proceeding to the payment step during booking. The BolBol Members must click "Choose a campaign" under the relevant offer heading, click on the "I want to enter a code" button and enter the code for the gift ticket that was sent to them. For tickets purchased using the code, the ticket amount for the Light Package content will be displayed as 0 TL.

· Codes for gift tickets are for personal use only. If it is determined that they are being transferred, used, sold, or shared, collectively or individually for commercial purposes, the codes will immediately be nullified. Pegasus reserves the right to take legal action against the persons concerned.

· Guests aged 0 to 2 are ineligible to benefit from the Offer.

· The offer is valid only on flights operated by Pegasus. Flights operated jointly with other airlines are excluded from the offer.

· This Offer cannot be used together with any other Offer. Tickets booked as part of another Offer will not be counted towards this Offer and no gift ticket code will be sent.

· All tickets purchased under the terms of this sale offer are subject to the terms and conditions relating to changes, cancellations and refunds for the applicable fare class stated in the Pegasus General Terms & Conditions. In case of any changes made to the gift tickets purchased with the code, the price difference between the old ticket and the new ticket will be debited. In the event of cancellation of the gift ticket purchased with the code, the Light Package fee will not be refunded, but any additional Pegasus products, services and packages purchased will be subject to the refund terms and conditions set out in the Pegasus Terms and Conditions.

· Pegasus General Terms & Conditions will apply to any other items not listed here.

· Pegasus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the terms and conditions of this offer throughout the Campaign period. No rights relating to the terms and conditions of this Campaign will be granted for any transactions which have not been completed before such changes are made and no such claim or requests of this nature should be put forward to Pegasus.
