Terms and conditions of participation in the "Chelsea Match Tickets 2026" promotion

By participating in the "Chelsea Match Tickets 2026" prize draw (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion"), the participant accepts these conditions of participation:

Organiser

The organiser of the Promotion is Pegasus Hava Taşımacılığı A.Ş., AEROPARK Yenişehir Mah. Osmanlı Bulvarı No: 11/A Kurtkoy 34912 Pendik-Istanbul, Turkey (hereinafter referred to as "Pegasus" or "Organiser"). 

Participation

1.       Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of products or the subscription to a newsletter.

2.       Only natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of the Organiser and their relatives as well as employees and relatives of companies and cooperation partners affiliated with the Organiser are not eligible to participate.

3.       The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom. The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

4.       Each participant can take part in the Promotion once in the period from 10 February 2026 to 13 February 2026 (23:59 GMT). Late entries, for whatever reason, will not be considered. Participation via entry or competition registration services is also excluded.

5.       1 x pair of tickets (1 winner + 1 guest) for the Chelsea FC home match at Stamford Bridge on 21 February 2026 will be raffled off. Travel, transportation and accommodation are not part of the prize and must be organised independently.

Procedure

1.     During the Promotion period, participants can take part under the Instagram post on the Pegasus channel. To take part, participants must follow the Pegasus Instagram channel (https://www.instagram.com/pegasusairlines_en), like the Pegasus Instagram post about the Promotion and tag two friends in the comment column. All complete entries will then have the chance to win a prize. Multiple entries to the competition are not permitted and will result in the participant being disqualified.

2.     Story sharing is not a mandatory, will not result in a bonus entry and will not increase a participant’s chances of winning.

3.     All valid entries will be entered into the competition. The 1 provisional winner along with 1 backup winner will be selected at random (by drawing lots) by the Organiser and announced on 16 February 2026 via Instagram direct message.

4.     The Organiser will only contact winners from the official Pegasus Instagram account “@pegasusairlines_en”

5.     The winner will receive two (2) Chelsea FC home match entry tickets for the Chelsea vs Burnley match on 21 February 2026 at Stamford Bridge. The provisional winner will be required to accept the prize within 24 hours of notification (as specified in the prize notification message). If the provisional winner does not respond within this timeframe (or fails verification, as set out below), the prize will be offered to the backup winner, who will be required to respond within the timeframe specified in their prize notification message.

6.     The prize will be sent to the respective winner within a reasonable time following successful verification and acceptance, via e-mail and/or direct massage. As soon as the prize has been sent out, the risk of accidental deterioration and accidental loss lies with the winner.

7.     If the provisional winner does not respond to the prize notification by the Organiser within the applicable acceptance deadline, fails to meet the eligibility criteria, or provides materially false data, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. Likewise, if the backup winner does not respond to the prize notification within the applicable acceptance deadline, fails to meet the eligibility criteria, or provides materially false data the claim to the prize will be forfeited. The Organiser is free to choose a new winner or, where necessary, select a further winner at random in accordance with these terms.

Pre-vetting and Exclusion of Participants

1.     As part of prize acceptance, the provisional winner will be subject to a pre-vetting process via Instagram direct message. The provisional winner will be required to confirm in writing that:

a.     they are over the age of 18;

b.     they are a Chelsea FC supporter;

c.     they understand the tickets are for home sections only; and

d.     they agree to comply with Stamford Bridge ground regulations(available at: https://www.chelseafc.com/en/ground-regulations) and any applicable ticketing restrictions (including non-resale / non-transfer rules).

2.     Failure to provide the confirmations above, or failure to comply with applicable ticketing terms, ground regulations or home-supporter seating requirements, will result in disqualification and selection of the backup winner.

3.     The Organiser reserves the right to exclude participants from the Promotion who provide materially false information as part of the Promotion, violate the conditions of participation and/or carry out manipulations and/or have manipulations carried out on their behalf. The Organiser also reserves the right to exclude from participation any persons who are suspected of using unauthorised means to participate in the Promotion or otherwise attempting to gain advantages for themselves or third parties through manipulation. In such cases, the refusal of a prize that has already been promised and the reclaiming of the prize may be considered.

Changes to the conditions of participation, termination of the Promotion

1.     The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Promotion where this is objectively necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control (including technical failure, fraud, or legal or regulatory requirements), provided that any such amendment, suspension or termination shall not materially disadvantage participants who have already validly entered the Promotion.

2.     The Organiser may change, suspend or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons if this is necessary due to circumstances beyond the Organiser's control or if this is the only way to ensure the proper implementation of the Promotion. If such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, the Organiser is entitled to demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.

Liability

1.     The Organiser shall be liable in accordance with the statutory provisions for its own intent and gross negligence, or that of its representatives, executives or other vicarious agents. The same applies to the assumption of guarantees or other no-fault liability and to claims under the Product Liability Act or in the event of culpable injury to life, body or health.

2.     The Organiser is liable on the merits for its own or its representatives', executives' and vicarious agents' simple negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, i.e. such obligations on the fulfilment of which the participants could regularly rely for the proper execution of the competition; in this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typically occurring. Any further liability of the Organiser is excluded.

Data Privacy

1.     Data processing in connection with participation in the Promotion

Personal data provided by participants will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting winners, and delivering the prize, in accordance with the Pegasus privacy notice for this Promotion, available here: https://www.flypgs.com/en/privacy-policy Such data will be deleted once the Promotion has concluded, subject to any applicable legal retention obligations. 

2.     Data processing in connection with the use of our website

The way in which personal data is processed in connection with the use of our website is described in the "Pegasus Airlines Privacy Policy " for the use of the website, available at: https://www.flypgs.com/en/privacy.

Miscellaneous:

1.     The prize cannot be exchanged for other services or transferred to third parties. There is no entitlement to a substitute cash payment. The winner undertakes not to resell the match tickets won and not to use them for any other commercial purposes.

2.     The winner shall bear all additional costs incurred by the winner in connection with the use of the prize (including, but not limited to, travel to the match, meals, the purchase of apps, subscriptions, internet or telephone connections, etc.), unless the Organiser expressly agrees to bear these costs.

3.     The Organiser gives no guarantees or assurances with regard to the nature, quality or suitability of the prize. The Organiser is not liable for the consequences of a change of venue, time or cancellation of the match. If, contrary to expectations, the match does not take place as planned, the prize will be forfeited. The winner is responsible for complying with the respective terms and conditions of use of the match tickets and the access regulations to the venue of the match.

4.     Except for statutory rights which cannot be excluded, legal recourse to the courts is excluded. This does not apply with regard to data protection issues.

5.     The Organiser reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from winners to ensure compliance with the eligibility criteria.

6.     These terms and conditions (and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them) are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction. .

7.     Facebook, Meta and/or Instagram have no connection with this Promotion and do not sponsor, support or organise this competition. There are no legal claims against Facebook, Meta and/or Instagram. Participants in the Promotion release Facebook, Meta and/or Instagram from all claims.

8.     These terms and conditions of participation, including the Promotion mechanics, constitute the final regulations for the Promotion. Should individual provisions of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected.
