The required amount of BolPoints for a return flight has been loaded onto your BolBol account, so you can buy your return flight using your BolPoints via the Pegasus Website or Pegasus mobile app!

Guests Eligible for the Campaign: Only guests who have received an email concerning the campaign to their registered Pegasus BolBol email address are eligible to participate in the campaign.

Validity Dates for the BolPoints Earned Through the Campaign: The bonus BolPoints awarded through this campaign will be valid between 02.10.2024  (starting at 00:01 TSI) and 09.10.2024 (until 23:59 TSI). After 09.10.2024 (23:59 TSI), these BolPoints will expire and no longer be valid.

Applicable Uses for the Campaign: The bonus BolPoints awarded through the campaign can be used to buy flight tickets and Additional Pegasus Products and Services via the Pegasus website (www.flypgs.com) and the Pegasus mobile app.

Campaign Rules:

•   The BolPoints loaded onto Pegasus BolBol membership accounts as part of this campaign are personalised and can only be used by Pegasus BolBol members who have been notified via email that they are eligible for the campaign.

•   As long as they remain valid and are used no later than 09.10.2024 (23:59 TSI), the bonus BolPoints loaded onto Pegasus BolBol membership accounts can be used to buy flight tickets and Additional Pegasus Products and Services, just like any other accumulated BolPoints.

•   Pegasus BolBol members who wish to benefit from the campaign must first list flights with BolPoints during the ticket purchasing process and then select an eligible flight.

•   Pegasus BolBol members who wish to purchase tickets using their BolPoints and have sufficient BolPoints can apply them to flights eligible for BolPoints during the ticketing process. In accordance with General Rules clause 14.4.2.6, Pegasus reserves the right to restrict certain flights from being purchased with BolPoints, depending on time and availability. Flights restricted from BolPoint purchases will be marked as 'Cannot be purchased using Points' during the flight selection process. In such cases, Pegasus BolBol members will not be able to buy tickets for these flights using BolPoints. In this regard, Pegasus holds no responsibility or obligation for compensation towards BolBol members.

•   If a BolBol member's BolPoints are insufficient for the full fare of a selected flight, the purchase can be completed using the available BolPoints. If multiple guests are included in the flight booking (PNR), BolPoints can be used for the total ticket amount up to the available BolPoints.

•   The Transportation Fee is composed of (a) Base Fare, (b) Fuel Surcharge, (c) Airport Tax, (d) Check-in Fee, and (e) Service Fee. For domestic winter flights, in addition to 10,000 BolPoints, Airport Tax, Service Fee, and Check-in Fee must also be paid. For international winter flights, in addition to 25,000 BolPoints, Airport Tax, Service Fee, and Check-in Fee must also be paid.

•   If the outbound flight of the Pegasus BolBol member participating in the campaign is domestic, additional BolPoints will be loaded into their account to top it up to 10,000 BolPoints. In all cases, the maximum amount of BolPoints that can be loaded is capped at 3,500 BolPoints. The BolPoints loaded are calculated to be sufficient for domestic winter flights (between 1st November and 31st March). However, they can also be used for summer flights within the validity period.

•   If the outbound flight of the Pegasus BolBol member benefiting from the campaign is international, additional BolPoints will be loaded to top up their account to 25,000 BolPoints. In all cases, the maximum amount of BolPoints that can be loaded is capped at 3,500 BolPoints. The loaded BolPoints are calculated to be sufficient for international winter flights (between 1st November and 31st March). However, they can also be used for summer flights within the validity period. For tickets purchased using BolPoints, cancellations will be handled in accordance with Pegasus General Rules clause 14.4.2.12. Accordingly, for cancelled tickets purchased using BolPoints, Pegasus BolBol members will be charged 350 TL for domestic and Northern Cyprus flights and 55 USD for international flights. The charged amount will be deducted from any refundable cash amount, while the BolPoints portion will be refunded without deduction. If the refundable cash amount does not cover the required cancellation fee, the difference will be collected, and the BolPoints will be fully refunded. If the refund is for a ticket purchased entirely with BolPoints, the cancellation fee (350 TL for domestic flights and 55 USD for international flights) will be deducted as stated above. In all cases, the BolPoints earned through this campaign will expire and become invalid as of 03.10.2024 (23:59).

•   Pegasus General Rules apply to matters related to Pegasus BolBol and BolPoints usage that are not mentioned here.

•   Pegasus reserves the right to unilaterally change the campaign rules during the campaign period. No rights relating to the terms and conditions of this campaign will be granted for any transactions that have not been completed before such changes are made.
