Upgrade Package
- After completing your ticket transaction, you can modify or upgrade your flight package to better suit your needs.
- The Comfort Flex package is not among the packages after reservation. Instead, the PREMIUM package option has been added as an alternative.
- Our guests can upgrade their packages during check-in. However, package upgrades cannot be made once check-in is completed.
- Guests who have not completed the check-in process can upgrade their packages until sales for the flight are closed, up to 1 hour and 15 minutes before departure.
- Guests with the LIGHT Package and additional cabin baggage will be switched to the cabin baggage package when they upgrade, and the initial cabin baggage fee will be refunded.
- If your originally selected seat is available, with or without a package, it will be carried over when you upgrade. Any extra seat fee you initially paid will be refunded.
- Guests who purchased a sandwich with the LIGHT or SUPER ECO package and later upgrade their package will not have their sandwich selection carried over. To cancel a sandwich purchased with the LIGHT or SUPER ECO package, guests must submit a request.
- Guests with checked baggage will not be eligible for a package upgrade.
