Enforce the management of safety as a primary responsibility of all managers and employees.
Clearly define for all staff including managers and employees, their accountabilities and responsibilities for the delivery of the organization’s safety performance and the performance of the safety management system.
Establish and operate hazard identification and risk management processes, including a hazard reporting system, in order to eliminate or mitigate the safety risks of the consequences of hazards.
Implement “Just Culture” and ensure that no action will be taken against any employee who discloses safety concern through the hazard reporting system, unless such disclosure indicates, beyond any reasonable doubt, an illegal act, gross negligence, or a deliberate or wilful disregard of regulations or procedures which are considered as unacceptable behaviours. Apart from these unacceptable acts, disciplinary action would not apply.

Continuously monitor and improve operational performance efficiency of flights while ensuring safety, security and human factors requirements are met in line with quality objectives

Establish a dedicated team of employees and maintain clear lines of communication with employees, guests, related authorities and other stakeholders.
Comply with all applicable environmental legislation, regulations, airport directives, aviation, and ISO 14001:2004 standards
Reduce the impact of our operations on the environment through a process of continuous improvement, including new technologies, material substitution and air, water, soil pollution prevention
Manage resources efficiently, strive to improve water and energy consumption, application of a controlled waste management by minimising waste, recycling and harmful releases to the environment
Develop environmental objectives and targets together with an environmental management programme that designates responsibilities
Promote environmental awareness among all employees and conduct appropriate levels of training
Publish and communicate our environmental policy to stakeholders including employees and the public and to encourage suppliers to adopt similar environmental management principles and practices
Monitor environmental performance of all our operations with a dedicated team for the oversight of environmental management system, assigned by Vice President Safety Management & Quality and Compliance who reports to the Accountable Manager
Monitor and take all preventive measures to reduce fuel consumption, limit the growth of emissions and report the results to the top management for further action on climate change.
Comply with all applicable workplace health and safety legislation, regulations, OHSAS 18001:2007 standard requirements,
Take all measures to create safe, fair and rewarding workplace conditions to avoid workplace accidents and job related ailments
Monitor incidents frequency and ensure improvement for occupational health performance
Adopt a predictive approach for hazard identification and risk assessment for occupational health and safety,
Cooperate with our employees and service providers for occupational health and safety risks mitigation and take all necessary actions
Establish occupational health and safety objectives and monitor with proper reviewing
