If you wish, you can view your tickets by entering your reservation number (PNR) and surname in the Manage My Booking area of the flypgs.com homepage and print out a copy.
If you have made a note of your PNR (reservation number), you can go to the Manage my Bookings page and carry out a search by entering it with your surname, or you can contact our Call Centre for more details.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address you indicated at the reservation stage confirming the purchase of your ticket. Check to see if you have received a confirmation e-mail. If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail, contact our call centre on 0888 228 12 12 or write to us using the live help feature found in the "Contact Us" section on our website to find out whether or not your ticket purchase was completed.
We recommend that first of all you check your date and time choices. If the time and date you have chosen have already passed, you will get a page error.
If an empty white screen appears on your screen, try one of the options below to solve the problem.

To get an invoice or statement for your ticket, please send a request to us from the 'Contact Us' page.
If you want to lock the ticket price of a flight you have found and/or prefer to pay for it later, you can make a paid reservation, which will reserve the ticket for a specific period of time. The paid reservation option can be chosen on the page listing flight options after you have done a flight search. You will see a section with a key icon located under the table of flight options. Check the box marked 'I want to lock the price' and click 'continue' to be redirected to a page where you can choose the number of days you want to make your reservation for.
You can complete your purchase by going to the 'Manage My Bookings' section on the Flypgs.com homepage and entering your reservation number (PNR) and surname to be redirected to the sales page.

If changes are made to your booking, the extra services in your package are not transferred to the new flight. However, the package cost is refunded in line with the Reservation Changes Rules.
If you are buying a ticket for more than one passenger, the same package is applied to all of them. For example, if you choose the Extras Package for one passenger, it will also apply to everyone else you are buying a ticket for.
Unlike the other packages, changes or cancellations for Extras Package reservations can be made up until 2 hours before the flight, without incurring any deductions or charges. However, if your new flight is more expensive than the original one, the cost difference will be deducted from your package price. If you make a cancellation, the entire cost of your ticket is refunded except for the 'service charge' you paid when you bought your ticket.
The Advantage and Extras Package features are standard. If the package includes seat selection or food options, you can choose the seat or meal that suits you best. Also, if you choose the Basic Package, you can still add whichever extra services you want. However, in this case we advise you not to ignore the price advantage of the Advantage and Extras Packages.
Packages are available on all Pegasus flights. It is not possible to add meal requests to packages with less than 24 hours before a flight, as this does not leave sufficient time to make the necessary arrangements. In addition, if meal provision is not available at the flights departure point, the option will not be offered as part of a package. (Flights departing from Tel Aviv, Beirut and Nicosia)

The Flight Package Sales System offers our customers the opportunity to customise their trip according to their wishes and needs. Four different package options offer you the chance to benefit from discounts on seating choice, extra baggage and meals, as well as entitlement to penalty-free refunds and cancellations.
Deductions are applied to refunds for Advantage Package Reservation changes and cancellations. As a result, a charge is deducted from the package cost in accordance with the fare class rules, and the remaining amount is refunded. A table showing the charges applied to each fare class can be found on our website in the Reservation Changes and Ticket Cancellation menu.
