Important Travel Tips

• Traffic flows on the right in Armenia. If you are required to drive in the country, you should have a valid driving license with you.
• Armenian people are very helpful. Although the script system and language are a bit confusing for tourists, you can always ask local people about the routes in Russian and English.
• Do not forget to take a photocopy of your passport and health pass with you. Due to pandemic restrictions, the police or security guides may ask for your passport and health pass for indoor activities.
• You are obliged to wear face masks on public transport and in museums, cafes, restaurants and during face-to-face meetings.
• International flights require a negative PCR test result, taken in a maximum of 72 hours before your departure. A health certificate showing a minimum of two doses of accredited vaccination is also acceptable.
• Any emergency service can be asked and provided via country-specific numbers.
