Passengers travelling to the following countries are required to download the relevant country's mobile application and fill in the online form.

 


 TURKEY  


Who Can Travel?

  • Official visa regulations are in force.
  • North Macedonia Diplomatic and Service passports which are expired after 31 July 2020, has been extended until 31 December 2021.
    Restrictions:
    o Cabin Crew is except PCR requirement and quarantine.
    o Passengers over 65 who have connection to international flights from domestic flights, or have connection to domestic flights to international flights, if they prove their flight tickets can travel without a travel permit.
    o All passengers arriving Turkey through third countries who visited the Brazil, South Africa, Nepal, Sri Lanka within the last 14 days will be quarantine for 14 days following their arrival at place determined by the governorships. The end of the 14th day, they will be subjected to second pcr test, if test result is negative, quarantine will be lifted. Transfer and accommodation fees will be born by passenger.
    o All passengers arriving Turkey through third countries who visited the Afghanistan within the last 14 days will be quarantine for 10 days following their arrival at place determined by the governorships. The end of the 7th day, they will be subjected to second PCR test, if test result is negative, quarantine will be lifted. Transfer and accommodation fees will be born by passenger.
    o All passenger must have a hotel reservation and payment at the hotels mentioned in the link below before the flight.
    o Check for the list of hotels.
    o Passengers who do not have the hotel payment to stay at the determined by the governorships will not allowed to enter.
    Passengers who arriving from Afghanistan exempt from hotel quarantine;
    - Turkish citizen,
    - Passengers with a residence or work permit issued by Turkey,
    - Citizens of Afghanistan who are studying at university in Turkey, if they present their student identity documents. They are subject to quarantine in KYK dormitories located in Istanbul or Ankara.
    o Turkish citizens and Turkish residence or work permit holders are subject to home quarantine. Domestic flights are not allowed. If they want to travel to the provinces where they reside, they must only travel with their private vehicles from the first entry points.
    - Passengers who have been in Bangladesh, India or Pakistan in past 14 days must have a negative PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival. Passengers are subject to quarantine for 14 days at their residence or at their declared address. If the passengers have a PCR test on the 10th day of quarantine and the result is negative, they can also end the quarantine.
    - Passengers who have two dose Covid-19 vaccine certificate (one dose for Johnson & Johnson) that they received the vaccine at least 14 days before departure are exempt from restriction.

Quarantine Status:

  • Passengers must have a negative PCR test taken at most 72 hours before arrival, if in the past 14 days have been in Brazil, Nepal, South Africa or Sri Lanka. Passengers are subject to quarantine for 14 days at hotels determined by the governorships. Passengers will subject to PCR test end of the 14th day of the quarentine and if result will be negative the quarentine will end. Transfer and accommodation fees will be born by passenger.
    o All passenger must to a have hotel reservation and payment before the flight.

Vaccination Status:

  • There is no vaccination requirement.

COVID-19 Testing:

  • All passengers who travelling to Turkey must present a negative PCR test result which has been done within the last 72 hours prior to arrival of their inbound flight to Turkey or a rapid antigen test result within 48 hours prior to arrival of their inbound flight.
  • All passengers who come from United Kingdom, Iran, Egypt, Singapore, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, South Africa, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka must present a negative PCR test result which has been done within the last 72 hours prior to arrival of their inbound flight to Turkey.
    o Tests without PCR or RNA inscription will not be accepted.
    o Passengers who can not present a test or whose test types does not comply with specified conditions will not be accepted to the flight.
    o PCR tests can be accepted both as hard copy or online.
    o PCR tests written in Latin alphabet will be accepted.
    Passengers who exempt from the test;
    o Passengers who have two dose Covid-19 vaccine certificate (one dose for Johnson & Johnson) that they received the vaccine at least 14 days before departure and not have been in United Kingdom, Iran, Egypt, Singapore, Afghanistan, Brazil, South Africa, Nepal, Sri Lanka in the last 14 days.
    o Children younger than age of 18 traveling with citizens of Turkey, Serbia or Hungary having an immunity or vaccination certificate issued by Turkey, Serbia or Hungary,
    o Passengers with a “POSITIVE” COVID-19 PCR test result issued at least 28 days and at most 6 months before arrival and not have been in United Kingdom, Iran, Egypt, Singapore, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, South Africa, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka in the last 14 days.
    o Passengers who have a “recovery certificate” issued in last 6 months and have not been in United Kingdom, Iran, Egypt, Singapore, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Brazil, South Africa, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka in the last 14 days.
    o Passengers between 0-12 years of age,
    o The relatives of the funeral who are Turkish citizens came with the funeral. (PCR test will be done on arrival)
    o Turkish Passengers who verbally declare that they have a funeral. (PCR test will be done on arrival)
    o Soldiers travelling from TRNC to Turkey, with a border crossing certificate (exempt from PCR test and quarantine)
    o Mercant Seamans,
    o Cabin Crew
    o International transfer passengers via SAW; Passengers with hold luggage, transfer flight has to be with company which has Interline/Codeshare agreement with Pegasus Airlines or Passengers with hand luggage, provided online check-in

  • Passengers with a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test issued at most 72 hours before arrival.

Quarantine Status:

  • Nationals and residents of Albania, without a COVID-19 vaccination certificate, recovery certificate, RT-PCR or rapid antigen test are subject to self-isolation for 10 days.

  • Passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure can travel.

COVID-19 Testing:

  • Passengers with a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test issued at most 72 hours before arrival can travel.

COVID-19 Testing:

    o The COVID-19 test requirement does not apply to passengers younger than 12 years if accompanied by an adult.
  • All passengers who travel to Austria can take a test within 24 hours after arrival or;
    o Have a negative COVID-19 antigen test result issued at most 48 hours before arrival; or
    o Have a negative COVID-19 PCR, LAMP or TMA test result issued at most 72 hours before arrival; or
    o Have a COVID-19 recovery certificate; or
    o Have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate stating that they received:
    o The first vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Moderna, Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNTech), Sinovac or Sinopharm at least 22 days and at most 3 months before arrival; or
    o The first vaccine dose of AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Moderna, Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNTech), Sinopharm or Sinovac at most 9 months ago and they also received the second dose; or
    o The Janssen (one dose for Johnson & Johnson) vaccine at least 22 days and at most 9 moths before arrival; or
    o The AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Moderna, Comirnaty (Pfizer-BioNTech), Sinovac or Sinopharm vaccine at most 9 months
    before arrival if they were tested positive at least 21 days before the vaccination.
    Exempt passengers;
    o Children younger than 10 years.

  • Health Declaration Form, which will be distributed during the flight must be filled.

  • You must arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight.
  • We kindly ask you to fill out your forms before you arrive at the airport in order to avoid any disruptions to your trip.

  • Passengers who in the past 10 days have been in Botswana, Brazil, Eswatini, India, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal, South Africa, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Zambia or Zimbabwe are not allowed to enter.

    o Effectively 15.08.2021, passengers who coming from Dark Red countries who will present a Student Certificate to be notified by the Ministry of National Education and Culture or who will register new students will be able to enter the country with a negative PCR test result taken in the last 72(3 days) hours before theri flight followed by a 14 day quarantine.

Quarantine Status:

  • People shall be able to spent their 10-14 days quarantine in their own declared residential address with given electronic bracelet as long as they have downloded 'STAY IN SAFE'' application to their phone prior to arrival to TRNC. Peaople will be transferred to the declared place of residential address either alone with their own vehicle or with a driver. Public transports like taxi, touristic mini buses which are specified by The Ministry of Finance shall also be a choice.

    -It has become mandatory for the test and quarantine fees (including TRNC citizens) to be deposited into the following account numbers and controlled by the personel with whom the transaction is made. Passengers who cannot present their receipts will not be accepted.
  • "NHS" tests made in the UK will be accepted even if they have sms. Passengers traveling from UK to TRNC must have a negative PCR test taken between 0-3 days (0-72) from their travel dates. These passengers will be given a second PCR test and will remain in quarantine for 7 days. TRNC students studying in the UK are valid for all COVID-19 tests made by their universities. This stiuation is limited to the UK only.

    o Nationals of Pakistan, Falkland Islands, Taiwan, French Guyana, Macao, Mauritius, Montenegro, Belarus and Iran, İndia or GCC residence holders and their housemaids on personal sponsorship who have a COVID-19 vaccination certificate that must have received the second vaccine dose at least 14 days before arrival: fee of QAR 100 valid for a period of (30) days.( 1,400$ must be present or a valid credit card for Indian Nationality)
  • Passengers traveling from Qatar to India needs an approval letter or mail from the Indian Embassy or Government.
    o Passengers must have return approval.

Quarantine Status:

  • All passengers who travel to Qatar must present a quarantine hotel reservation from Discover Qatar for 7 days.
    o Hotel reservations must be a hard copy.
    Exempt from Hotel quarantine:
    o Passengers who coming from Green List Countries
    o Foreign Diplomats members and holders of Diplomatic and administrative cards
    o USA & NATO holding Military ID with Order to Qatar,

    o GCC citizens who have received two does of COVID-19 vaccine and their relatives under 18 years of age travelling with them are still need to undergo hotel quarantine for 7 days to be booked through Discover Qatar and to be accompanied by one of their parents.
    o Travelers who are 75 years and above plus one (1) escort only (living in the same house).
    o Pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers with an infant up to 2 years old and accompanied by a fully vaccinated husband or immediate relative (living in the same house).
    o Nationals and residents of Qatar with a positive COVID-19 test result issued in Qatar at most 9 months before arrival. This rule applies to individuals infected in Qatar only. Passengers must show certificate on MyHealth App.

Who Can Travel?

  • Official visa regulations are in force.
  • Effective 1 October 2021, Passengers with a COVID-19 vaccination certificate showing that they were fully vaccinated at least 14 days before departure.
    o This does not apply to passengers younger than 17 years.

Quarantine Status:

  • Diplomats, Diplomatic staff and their family members travelling to Pakistan must have a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point and valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate. They are subject home quarantine for 10 days upon arrival.
  • Passengers and Airline crew could be subject to quarantine.

Vaccination Status:

Test must be made  from a laboratory acredited by the country of origin. Only original test results are accepted, no copies are accepted.
  • All passengers who travel from Iraq to Pakistan must have a negative PCR test taken at most 48 hours before departure from the first embarkation point.
  • Diplomats, Diplomatic staff and their family members travelling to Pakistan must have a negative COVID-19 test taken at most 72 hours before departure from the first embarkation point and valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate. They are subject home quarantine for 10 days upon arrival.
  • Passengers traveling from the United Arab Emirates, Iraq(Bagdad) and Bahrain must have their PCR tests taken from an accredited laboratory.

    o Passengers less than 12 years,
    o Disabled passengers.
  • Passengers are subject to a COVID-19 Rapid Antigen test upon arrival.

Who Can Travel?

  • National of Saudi Arabia,
  • Residence holders of Saudi Arabia,
    o Domestic workers of nationals of Saudi Arabia. They must be accompanied by the sponsor.
  • Entry, exit, iqama, family visit and work visa holders of Saudi Arabia,
  • National of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman and United Arab Emirates,
    o Domestic workers of nationals of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and United Arab Emirates. They must be accompanied by the sponsor or one of the first-degree family members of the sponsor.
  • Passengers who have transited throught or been in the last 14 days in Afghanistan, Brazil, Egypt, Ethiopia, India, Indonesia, Lebanon, Pakistan, Vietnam or Turkey prior to arrival in Saudi Arabia are not allowed to enter.
    Passengers who exempt;
    o Saudi Citizens, diplomats, health practitioners and their families. Shall be quarantined in their homes.
  • Passengers who have transited throught or been in the last 14 days in Ethipopis, United Arab Emirates or Vietnam prior to arrival in Saudi Arabia are not allowed to enter.
    Passengers who exempt;
    o Saudi Citizens are accepted with a prior permisson from the concerned authorities.
